as my room was connected through a locked door to the next room, there was a bit of noise while guests in the other room watched tv and talked at the evening.

The room was good size and clean. The restaurant was good for dinner. The location is close to the train station which makes it convinient

Close to the centre of the city, and to the Central railway station. Spacious elegant rooms with windows that could be opened for natural ventilation. Very comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfast

The parking was expensive, with very little knocked off for staying at the hotel. The vending machine took my money without receiving the item, when reporting this to reception, I was told I might get my money back, if im lucky. But the receptionist wasn't really bothered .

Our bin wasn't emptied or bed made by housekeeping. There was no hot water from the shower even though the tap waster was red hot. You couldn't get washed in the sink due to the shelf being so low. Our room was on a corner near the main road so the noise was very loud and pretty constant all night. On our last night we were woken at about 3am but an extremely loud banging noise coming through the walls. We had to ring reception to get them to sort it. The young lad who was working did come up very quickly and said it was because the room next door had put their radiator on and it was the pipes we could hear. He had to knock and wake them up. When we checked out this wasn't mentioned and we weren't asked how our stay had been

Short walk from the station and basically over the road from the arena. The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Great selection at breakfast and very tasty.

Corridor and lifts smelt of cannabis all the time on level 4. So so noisy from corridor into room right till 2am both nights. Restaurant is expensive and don’t get order correct despite waitress putting correct notes on. Very disappointed for price paid.

Room was clean but sanitary ware cracked and chipped. Not conducive to the high standard of the hotel. There was a loose socket in the room, exposing wires, which we didn't use as it could have been dangerous.

Lack of hot water for shaving and showers. No draft beer . Food selection could be better, especially children's menu.

Convenient to where we needed to be and close to train station. Staff were excellent . The food was average, could do with more selection.

We couldn't fault anything

The lady at the reception when we arrived at 2am, due to flight being cancelled was so kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and all facilities in the room very good. Breakfast was excellent and a wide variety of foods to choose from.
