Carpet was stained needs to be steam cleaned informed reception on checkout as detracts from an otherwise v good room , parking should be included in the price rather than an added extra cost .requested quiet room but had some noise from guests walking up and down in the room above ,

Location with easy access to the city centre , all staff were very helpful & courteous even the painters !! Room was nice and clean with good supply of tea/ coffee , lovely towels etc

Absolutely no reason to have a price for parking, maybe we should also pay extra for having a bed in the room, maybe a bit more for having a bathroom? Parking is part of the facilities a hotel provides. The room was close to some noisy machine outside that was turning on and off randomly, not too loud or annoying but still noticeable. Toilet seat had stains from a blue toilet gel.

Descent hotel and typical hotel room. No issues with check in and check out. A nice Oxford keychain gift was also provided, which i appreciate. Generally a good experience, and can suggest for a quick visit to the city.

The pool is tiny, the steam room had no steam and both the sauna and steam room were very small .... it was tight for 4 people. But we didn't go for the 'spa' so weren't too bothered.

Clean and modern. The TV wasn't working initially and someone came to fix it promptly. Breakfast was lovely and there was a huge choice.

On check in we were asked to check our car in too and pay £6 to park in the hotel's car park. They then issued us with a code so that we could exit through the car park's barrier. We thought this was a bit off. However, on exiting the next day, we found that the car park's barrier went up automatically and we didn't need a code to get out. Money under false pretences? The prices of alcohol in the bar were extortionate

Unfortunately, there were stains next to the toilet on the wall and architrave. I did forget to mention it to the staff though. Pillows were OK. My daughter missed her duck pillows.

The staff were exceptional. Room was quite large and plenty of room for 3 adults. Breakfast was fantastic. Loads of choice. WiFi very good.

Pool was too small and paying for the carpark was not acceptable when you’ve paid enough in hotel costs it should be included, where else are you going to park? Noise in the hotel at night was not acceptable either, our room was next to a 50th party at 3.10 in the morning we were woken.

I found a lady’s hairband (with hair) on the floor in my room, missed by cleaner. The pillows were like potatoe sack…..full of potatoes. Very uncomfortable, didn’t have a great sleep at all. The bed was good size and comfortable…. Pillows awful.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, professional and pleasant. It is well located in the outskirts of Oxford, easy access and good parking. Facilities are great.

Breakfast disappointing. Bacon dry,sausage pink inside. Coffee wasn’t very nice watery no taste. It wasn’t worth thirty pounds. Shame as we have stayed at this group of hotels before and been very happy.

Booked as a surprise for my husband’s birthday. Staff lovely very accommodating as there was a mix up on booking. Nice touch in the room with sweets, fresh fruit and a complimentary drinks. Room nice and spacious bed really comfortable. Fantastic location into Oxford. Bus route outside buses run every 15 minutes into city. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Toilet roll wasn't replenished on one occasion

Room was good we had to get the shower drain cleaned as it overflowed so we used the towels to dry it they didnt replace them all we had to ask for more towels
