I didn't like the fact they have 2 pools and only use the inside one... however both pools need some TLC water was leaking from roof of the inside pool and the outside pool looked bad shapped which was closed..

We had a smoking room (which isn't a problem as we do smoke, we don't smoke inside but that was fine) and we realise smoking rooms nowadays are rented for nights out partying and understand this usually means less care of furniture etc.(sadly as it adds cost to the hotel owners passed onto other guests) But the couch was a bit shabby, stained, torn and had cigarette burns on it, in our room. Everything else was fine.

Staff were very nice, rooms are laid out well. We had to stay a week to look for a home in the area so it was good since we were living away from home for a week.

Price vs quality.

Service was great, room was comfortable. Considering it is one of the oldest hotels in Crestview, I’ve been there many times. Not perfect but met my needs. Definitely clean and everything worked fine.

It was tricky finding the entrance into the hotel because it was right by the interstate. After a U'ey, I went into Wendy's parking lot and saw the sign. Also, the breakfast was cereal, toast, or waffles. Not the best for "continental breakfast".

The room and the pool were clean and as expected. They have pool towels available by request. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No one was at front desk when we needed help. Breakfast choices very limited. Comode stopped up on first day.

The sheets were old and a couple of spots had shredded - Not that big of deal to me but they appeared old.

This was a quick (too tired to keep driving) stop. Made the reservation at 11:00 pm, pulled in at mid-night, then gone by 6:00 am. I did want to write a review because my main fear in a hotel is bugs and I always look over every inch of the room before I unpack - there were no bugs! The room was clean, there were no weird smells, the bed was comfy enough for a hotel bed and the gentleman working was very nice, even at midnight. He had a smile and made sure to tell me that coffee would be ready at 6:00 am. The only reason I have rated an 8 is because all I wasn't there long enough to properly inspect the rest of the items.

The driveway was confusing, difficult to figure out which one went to the hotel.

My room was a no smoking room but I could smell smoke. The previous guest probably was a smoker. The toilet was not clean around the rim when we lifted the seat up. I could here other guest in the middle of the night a little loud woke me up.
