Getting in and out of the bath to have a shower is a little tricky even with the aid of two hand rails.

Close proximity to park and ride. Friendly and helpful staff who went an extra mile to help us get booked in after an initial problem. Spacious room.

Parking was £6 for 24 hours, barrier controlled. That wasn't clear when I booked. I understand why - it's to deter non hotel guests from parking there and then riding into town, but it felt like a little sneaky extra. Bus service isn't great - we just took cabs in and out of the city centre.

Convenient location at the edge of the city by the ring road. Room wasn't huge but had everything we needed. We didn't use the facilities (pool, restaurant etc.) as it was a quick pit stop. The night manager kindly sorted me out with a free coffee when he came off shift as it took a while for the coffee stand to open in the morning. Will book again.

Very slow reception. Carpet soaked by the bathroom room door, stained carpet under the vanity table, looks like never even had an attempt at even cleaning. We paid to up grade and I was sat we had a very small basic room with just a tea caddy. Room service didn’t have any ice cream and most definitely not sticky toffee..

Beautiful entrance, good good form bed, staff at the pool lovely.

The restaurant location was on the 2nd floor and the lift was out of service. As a mother travelled with 2 little toddlers, it's was difficulted for me to carry my little children to climb the stairs. But the staff was so friendly and helpful. They help me mind the kids when I go get the breakfast meal.

The bed and pillows just a little too firm.

Our check in was welcoming, good and friendly. The free upgrade was unexpected and welcome. Fresh towels etc every day without being asked.

Having to book to use the pool, and for only half an hour at a time.

Great to have adjoining rooms. Hight quality rooms. Good breakfast range including veggie sausages on request. Complimentary biscuits and fruit a nice bonus. The location just outside Oxford was fine. Easy bus ride into the Town centre.

Didn't appreciate being sent a spam text message asking if I wanted to bid for a room upgrade prior to my visit. View of a building site out of the window. We were booked into a disabled room (even though we didn't need one) and the bathroom was effectively a wet room - water went all over the floor when showering.

Clean and comfortable room. Very spacious - perhaps we were booked into a disabled room (even though we didn't request this). Lovely hand wash and shower gel/shampoo. The fruit infused water dispensers in the reception area were a nice touch.

We had a superior room which I paid extra for, Some of the floor tiles in our bathroom were broken and the swimming pool is somewhat small. The view from out superior room was looking over a building site I’m only pleased we stayed Friday afternoon and Saturday so no one was working!

The breakfast was very good. Staff very good and most helpful.

Tv was not working properly so did not receive any channels to watch at night Breakfast was nice but not worth £18 maybe drop the price to £15 would have been happier paying that Drink where not cold at breakfast

Very small bedroom and bathroom. Aircon didn't work, so the lady at reception kindly deducted a drink off our bill as we checked-out, which we appreciated .

Great location. Near to the motorway, and also the Oxford Park and Ride. Complimentary bottles of water in the bedroom. Iron and ironing board in the room. Nice swimming pool. Leisure facilities.

Couldn’t be better. There was a heavy footed person upstairs- beyond the control of the staff though.

Fantastic service from the staff. Very well organised hotel. Big shout out to Sam on reception who was so warm and welcoming. He also helped with our heavy suitcases.

We needed to take 15 min bus ride to reach the center. However, the hotel was close to very beautiful nature and neighborhood.

I liked that we got cookies and coffee at the room, the room was warm, we had a bathtub and there was a shared pool and sauna.
