Cleaning was pretty basic, below the beds it was very dirty, and a lot of dust in the room was very visible with the lights on the mirror. I would appreciate the possibility to open the windows and get some fresh air in. A Nespresso coffee machine could be a great plus. Also a bit more storage space for clothes.

The room was very well isolated and the is one of the best dark rooms I slept in in years. Very great for the main purpose of sleeping well. The beds and linen were perfect. The toilet was great with the shower with the start button a class detail. The staff was very helpful and manage to fix an issue to stream content to the TV in the room in a few min. Very well connected to Underground and Busses

Nothing important: Half of elevators were broken. TV choice of channels was very basic. The free internet was behind a confusing set up page and difficult to enable.

The price was quite good comparing to other options. Not far from centre, so location was quite good. The room wasn't big, but had enough space to fit 4 of us. Comfy beds and nice bathroom.

Nothing, although at the time I did notice the colour carpet on the floor of the hallway lacked imagination and warmth - probably practical colour but not classy like the rest of the hotel.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Many great things about this hotel as one would expect from a Marriott. Great location between two close train line stations into the central city; wonderful engaging staff who showed genuine pleasure in their work; beautiful welcoming area at reception - marble etc. The decorations out on the street by the front door was superb - flower display. Plenty of good restaurants close by as well as a supermarket, Starbucks very close by.

The only remark is about the pool, it is not inside the hotel. You have to go out to a different place next door. That is not well informed at the time of booking.

We paid separately for the English breakfast and while there was a good selection of food it wasn't very hot. It definitely needed to be heated more. We paid over £20 each for breakfast and it was definitely too expensive for cold food.

The room was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. Two double beds are a great option. Large walk in shower with plenty of toiletries.

IT wasn’t clean. The carpet smell and needs to be changed. During our stay (6days) looked like there was no vacuming in our floor coridor.

The pool was not in the hotel but in a health club next door that was very disappointing as this was not made clear on booking.com

For us, the location was not well chosen for the opera rehearsal which we needed to attend. I did not realise when I booked that to use the tube we would have to go back into central London in order to reach our ultimate destination. In fact, all turned out well but we had to conquer the local bus network instead - which turned out to be very good but, as non natives to London, this was a step we have not had to take previously and perhaps other travellers should be aware that only the Bakerloo line serves this location.

The hotel was clean and we had a very good sized room but the corridors were shabby. At first sight the carpets looked frayed and I wondered about the standard of the rest but it was in fact just a weird design. The restaurant staff were especially pleasant and the food at the hotel restaurant was good with very generous portions.

This hotel is very nice. Front is professional. Price also reasonable. Train station is 20 mins a walk. Bus station is very close. So, you can go the central London by Bus and train. You need to go outside if you want to enjoy pool. Pool is located in affiliated fitness club.
