The water from the hot water tap was absolutely scalding hot Would be good to have a safe in the room. The food was very pricey and not the best.breakfast was poor. Ate lunch and dinner there. For lunch the toastie was bread clearly made in a normal toaster with cold unmelted cheese and fillings inside. Was really awful and still feel sick thinking about it. Please learn how to do a proper toastie as it is on your menu after all.

The girl checking us in for breakfast in the morning was very attentive and made us relaxed at breakfast. Room was large and airy and light.

The TV's were reported as not working when we arrived and nothing was done to address this and upon checkout i reported this again and received a blank stare and a "thats tough" look!! No empathy or understanding was shown.

Location was ideal, the staff in the restaurant and bar area were very helpful and engaging. The housekeeping team checked in on us shortly after arriving to see if we needed anything and were able to provide some extra tea bags for us. Breakfast in the hotel is very good.

Shower was in the bath which was impossible for me to get into as I've just had a hip replacement but then again I should have requested a walk-in shower before hand which i will do in future

There wasn't anything we came across that we didn't like at all.

The hotel lobby and bar are absolutely lovely! The young northern Irish man at reception was extremely welcoming, very good for front of house. The room was fantastic, quiet, and comfortable, and the bed was huge and comfortable. All items in the room were nice and clean. The toiletries were plentiful, nice hot shower and fluffy towels. We had a drink or two in the Greyhound pub, which is attached to the reception, it was reasonably priced, and a great pind of guiness. We had breakfast the following morning it was self-service, buffet style breakfast with fresh eggs and beans, and the continental breakfast was lovely to.

Price seemed very high for the night we stayed (Bruce Springsteen concert was on) compared to the night before and night after.

Hotel was lovely. Our room was not ready for 3pm check-in so we were given drinks vouchers for the bar which was a nice gesture.

I was disappointed that the room only had 2 x wall sockets which were furthest away from the beds everything else electrical is incorporated into the wall. As a user requiring a medical device to be used at night i had to make an alternate arrangement in the room to facilitate my sleeping. This was the only downside but knowing this i would make alternate arrangements for another visit to the Hotel in the future.

lovely airy reception. Was greeted and well looked after by reception regarding our booking of 4 x twin rooms which turned out to be doubles !!!. She dealt with it brilliantly thank you. Rooms large and comfy beds. Breakfast and set up was good and staff looked after us well too. Thank you.

Our room had opaque glass windows so we could not look outside. We did not open the window because there was a noisy system operating.

The already late check-in was delayed and I couldn’t get to my too until 4pm and there was a metal staircase outside the room where people were moving stuff the next morning and woke us up.

Old fashioned bathroom with separate taps for cold and hot water - cold water too cold, hot water too hot to use separately. Absolute nonsense in year 2024. Old fashioned faucet in the shower cabin aswell. Funiture in the room is obsolete. Breakfast was quite basic.
