Jeanette was fantastic, nothing too much trouble, very friendly and welcoming. Lovely cooked full English breakfast each morning. Property was in a central location close to beach, tower and shops. Will definitely be returning.

I discussed with Jeanette that the room was cold and I needed the extra blanket, which was provided. She told me that I should have gone and told her. I was only cold due to the fact that my bungalow is at a constant temperature

Jeanette was very welcoming. She explained how the shower worked, what time breakfast was and what it included. She also told me about the H&A club which was close by. A lovely lady.

Everything was great.

The hostess Jeanette was very helpful with a great scouse humour. The room was a good size plenty of tea and coffee and facilities were everything needed. Highly recommended accommodation I would expect to pay more for. The included breakfast was also brilliant. 12/10!!!

There is not really anything to dislike.

It was comfortable and clean, good breakfast and lovely host. Great position for all attractions and shops. Great base just behind the tower. Walking distance to the lovely stanley Park. Jeanette, the owner, is lovely and makes you feel at home.

Host was excellent, super friendly , really good breakfast , room was just as needed for a short work stay , if i had to be picky and this is after a lot of thought the metal bed frame squeak was the only thing i can find - all in all really enjoyable stay ,warm and friendly and will return again.

Jeanette looked after myself and the other guests really well. I enjoyed the tasty breakfast. No wonder she has lots of returning guests, stretching back years, including generations of families!

Not much really, everything suited what we needed,

Really pleasant stay, perfect family suite with 2 bathrooms and seperate rooms. Made to feel really welcome. Parking on the front was excellent, only a very short walk to the sea front.

From start to finish the landlady was excellent, friendly, funny and very helpful, the property was really comfortable, location excellent, breakfast amazing.

Only a couple of minor suggestions: - a bedside lamp would have been nice - the breakfast cereals did not look appetising, so I didn;t bother. It would be nice to have a low sugar / high fibre option such as Weetabix or Meusli? Neither of these made any difference to my opinion. I would definately stay again.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and I liked her sense of humour. She works very hard to run a very nice hotel. I was upgraded from a single to a double because she had a spare room, which was a very nice gesture. The bed was VERY comfortable and I slept very well. There was no noice at all - very quiet so a good night's sleep. The room was nice and warm during very cold weather. One thing that annoyed me in the past with other B&B's was that they would turn the radiators off at 10pm and then the room becomes very cold. Not at the Moorfield! The heating stays on late, and there was even an extra electric heater in case you needed it. Breakfast was good. Full English, which kept me going for most of the day.
