Some noise from the kitchen was like a fan going all night but I had earplugs so it blocked it out, if you are near the kitchen bring earplugs

Really liked it. I had a single room which was lovely decor and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was lovely and modern. I was running late so never got to try the breakfast which was included in my booking but I’m sure it would have been lovely! This hotel was a pleasant surprise

The hotel is very cheap so i kind of got what i paid for. my room was a basement room with a radiator that wouldn’t turn off and a window i felt wasn’t safe to open. booked two nights, only stayed one. very little apology from reception staff, guess they get this kind of complaint all the time. would maybe have been ok if not working and sleep not a priority.

The standard rooms are too small for a twin bed. One side of the bed is completely stuck to the wall, and the bottom part of the bed has very little space to walk around, which is uncomfortable for someone sleeping next to the wall. I even asked the receptionist to give us a room with more space, but she said this room was already reserved for us, and if we want a room with more space, we'll have to pay more.

Looks not like a 4 star hotel. We had some troubles, first of all we set DND (do not disturb) on the door, we came back home at 5 am on Saturday morning and we wanted to sleep, but room cleaning service knocked on the door, after a big “no thanks” they entered the room while we was sleeping, I said that we don’t want to make the room up and they can go outside of the room, this is unacceptable, also because if on the door there’s DND, please do not enter! Second thing, I set “pay at property” cause I wanted to pay with cash, I asked at our arrival if I could pay cause I wanted to pay with cash instead of using card, but the receptionist said “you have to pay at your checkout”, ok no problem, we did the checkout and I was about to pay but the receptionist said “you don’t have to, you just paid, we took the money from your card!”, why? Why the hotel didn’t asked? Why you acted like that even cause I said I wanted to pay with cash? Fortunately another receptionist said that they can do a refund and I could pay with cash, I said no cause will be a huge waste of time but my recommendation next time is to ask the client and listen to what he says and don’t chose what to do with others money. Also I asked a question few days before the departure here on booking but they never replied.

Really good neighborhood, really good spot near bus, underground and quiet place. Hotel was okay, cleaned, no bad smells, good.

The room was really small. It was supposed to be a room for two, but it was very difficult to move two people inside the room.

The hotel was very nice. The reception was very comfortable, and the workers very nice.

Room looks a bit old. Bathroom needs some TLC. Sink drain was blocked. Weird open shower that makes the whole bathroom floor wet. Double bed was right up against the wall on one side. Had to get in from the foot of the bed.

Location for us was good. Also price was reasonable. Bed sheets and bathroom were clean.

Staff had zero manners and had an attitude except for maintenance man who was nice. Shower was broken and passed off as working until we used it. Had to shower in another room down hall. No doors on shower so water goes everywhere.

Location was excellent. Nearby tube. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens. Walking distance to bus. Lovely area very safe. Room was very good size for family of three.

I would have appreciated a bit more variety for the breakfast as it cost £10, but it was alright.

My room was perfectly adequate and I was pleasantly surprised to have a TV in my small room!

Couldnt turn the heating off, but there was a fan available. Bathroom door didn't lock but didn't bother us too much, but couldn't find someone to tell when we left.

Room could be cleaner. A mattress pad could be used under the sheet. A bit too hot in the room. A few things need fixed- a bathroom door handle fell off.

Great location. Lots of shops, restaurants and public transportation available. The staff helped with 2 details- printing our boarding cards and holding our suitcases for an additional 1/2 hour.

The staff didnt look to happy and could have been a bit more friendly. It was a very bad smell some places in the hotel. The faucet was blocked and the walls were not nice as in the pictures, paint had started to fall of some places. The pillows was so hard to sleep on. For two days it was ok to stay but wouldnt stayed longer.

The guy that worked on the hotel for fixing proplems were very polite and friendly. The resepsion and outside of the hotel looked really nice. One guy at the hotel in the resepsion was polite and friendly.

Staff were not very nicevor welcoming. I understand the room had to be smaller due the price but we were in a room I'm the basement freezing no heating and loud noise all night and from early morning

You can hear all the footsteps of the adjoining rooms as it is an old wooden floor. A bit annoying although it is solved with some earplugs

There was no hot water, only lukewarm. The sheets had blood stains. During the morning while cleaning the other rooms there were very sudden loud noises. There was an issue with the water in the toilet. No EU to UK power socket adapters available neither in the room nor in the reception. The reservation conditions were that I will pay upon arrival but they tried to charge me upfront and threatened to cancel my reservation.

The location! Super close to many sites and landmarks by foot and two tube stations nearby! Nice pubs are located close as well. Very easy to find on Google maps even with an offline map (if you don’t have internet). Friendly staff. Central location but not overcrowded.

The floor was making a sound and we heard the people above us, there is no heating and it was freezing

For the price it has a good value, the room was not so big but it was enough, there was an elevator and a small coffee and tee making.

Furniture was a bit shabby, one lamp in our room was broken and several lightbulbs as well. One of the shower knobs fell off whilst trying to turn it and there was no shower door/curtain so the floor got all wet.

Nice room, more space than expected. Bed was very large which was nice and the facilities were nice (tea corner, tv etc)
