The room is quite small for three, especially when the sofa bed is in use. There is few room left for movement, which makes everything a bit uncomfortable.

The room is quite well-equipped with kitchenware. The staff is nice and provides cleaning everyday. 10min walk to the nearest tube station, which is fine.

Some things at the breakfast was not tasty - eggs had no flavour at all, bacon was really soggy. But it included dairy free milk and non gluten station so that was really nice.

The staff was helpful and friendly, we really liked our room, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the tube station.

We stayed for a week, and though we had good towel changes daily, the promised deep clean on the 3rd/4th day never happened.

The location was good, easy access to underground stations for both District and Central lines, as well as bus stops to major destinations. Breakfast was good; and the hotel's collab with the nearby Italian restaurant served residents well as "room service".

We love this place, it was our third time at this hotel but beds really need an update, the mattresses are really worn down. Other than that, I love the easy access to a huge tesco, the hotel is great, you get free breakfast, the staff is very friendly and you get your room cleaned everyday which is a luxury in hotels with kitchens these days. Fresh towels and clean room everyday is amazing

The lifts are a nightmare, they take ages to come and are always packed.

I like the spacious rooms and the facilities in the room, having a kitchenette is very handy, especially as there is a large Tescos very close to stick up your fridge. This hotel allows dogs which makes it much easier for me to travel as I have 2.

A bit cramped as we were 3 adults, but would have been more comfortable if only 2 of us, as sofa bed could then have been used as a sofa. Haven't yet received the £50 reimbursement, six weeks after our stay. Reception clerk said it would take longer than usual as I had used a debit card instead of a credit card.

Quite close to transport facilities. Room had cooking facilities and fridge. Breakfast was very good. Tv channels and WiFi were good.

The quality of the breakfast was quite poor (e.g. small selection of cheese, all single portions packed in plastic film). Overall, the hotel seems a bit worn out, which was particularly true for the bathroom. Insufficient elevator capacity, we often had to wait. If one uses the staircase instead, one gets the look and feel of a public parking garage. I asked at the reception for an adapter for the power outlet and was told they wouldn’t have any available, but I could buy one (overpriced) in the on-site shop.

Our suite was equipped with a coffee machine and a small kitchenette.
