breakfast was advertised as English, it was continental. on the 1st day continental was fair, ham cheese toast preserves croissants etc, tea coffee. 2nd day awful, no ham, no scrambled eggs, we had to ask for coffee, milk, so that was disappointing.

Would have liked a restaurant for an evening meal when we arrived . The heater in the room was very dirty but kept us warm .

convenient location for Heathrow and local shops, some places local to eat food but local pub only serves Indian food. A lack of places to sit in and eat but plenty of lovely cake shops Handy for Hounslow tube station

Internet was not working for me or other guests. There was a storm and maybe this affected the connection. The lady at the desk checked on it but still there was no internet. Breakfast starts at 7am and so for us having an early flight we missed out on breakfast.

Convenient for the underground to get to Heathrow. Easy to find. Some small shops nearby so easy to buy sandwiches etc. The room was small but clean and well taken care of. The conservatory/breakfast room is very nice and I imagine a lovely tranquil spot in nice weather.

The hotel is conveniently located to the station. It had ample parking out the front and a 24hr manned front desk. The owner was very helpful, chatty and welcoming to his guests. It was nice to be at a hotel where the manager takes time out to be involved, nothing was a problem for him. We slept well, we had a room at the back so it was quiet. The breakfast was adequate and the dining area and garden was a great little addition for just hanging out with a coffee if you didn't want to sit in your room. We would definitely stay again.

Just a little thing breakfast if you got down a little late breakfast was not restocked and things were not available.

This is the second time we have stayed here and again had a wonderful time. Hotel is great value for money and very near the underground and on main bus routes into London. Rooms were comfortable and hotel was clean offers free parking and staff were friendly. The garden at the back of hotel is lovely to sit out and have a cup of tea they are doing the hotel up and extending the hotel and adding a Indian restaurant at the back. They also offer free breakfast.

A guest fridge in the dining area was a plus but the microwave was behind a locked door - forget heating up leftovers. Room bathroom was really tight - shower was 2ft x 2ft. Bed was something foam and not a real mattress.

Location was great, stayed there to be close to KEW, Hampton Court and Windsor Castle. The shops just up the road had no shortage of food variety. The room was two singles and a private bathroom. Shower wasn't amazing but functional. Dining area and back yard space was lovely. Lady who checked me in was fantastic, staff generally was very good. Breakfast included, not amazing but you'll find something to start the day with. If I ever make it back to that area, I'll for sure stay here again.

Was expecting a kettle in the room as in discription of room offered. Was expecting a cooked breakfast but looking closer at booking it did say they no longer do that.. Nothing negative really..

Room was clean and cleaned every day I stayed.. Continental breakfast was fine.. Just what I expected for the price.. Parking was good but only about 10 spaces..

The two pillows were hard and needed to be replaced before I arrived. Not having a bedside lamp means turning the switch off and walking across the room in the dark. Water pressure in the shower was very low.

I liked how clean it was and that it was quiet though on a busy street. Staff (only met one man) was nice and also helpful. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent, though real coffee would be much better than instant. Overall, I was very glad to be there.

Great, kind stuff who welcomed us with a big smile! Nice clean room, with tele, big bed, clean bathroom. Owner let us keep our car in the car park for all they even tho we checked out. Very nice of him! Great location, 5min to tube. Highly recommended 👌 *it was our 3rd stay there :))
