An eclectic property in a lovely setting. Really friendly and helpful staff. Even if you're not staying, I would recommend coming just for the carvery. Our room was spacious and spotless. There was a generous supply of complimentary tea and coffee and the cookies were amazing! A very relaxed atmosphere. Already looking forward to our next visit.

The only thing that let this whole experience down was the morning breakfast. It was apauling. Unfortunately, I will not sugarcoat that. Breakfast was delivered to our room 08.45 as what we opted for, it was on time. See photo for that one. Not sure what the knives and forks were supposed to be for. But hey we checked out and went elswhere for breakfast.

Stay was almost 5 star for me. The room was as expected really very lovely. We had the american trilogy with hot tub for our wedding anniversary. Theme was great lots of different american history memorabilia around, very quirky and fun but at the same time still having a bit of luxurious feel to it. Compliments from hotel 2x bottle peroni, 2x bottle water, 2 bags of crisps and a small milk. Some chocolate on arrival with a hand written card from staff wishing a happy anniversary. The hot tub was absolutely amazing 39 degrees (adjustable). We really had an amazing night! Would highly recommend and would for sure return and try out a different room. We had an evening meal which i couldn't fault it was great. Really lovely food. All staff were great during and staff and the welcome was exceptional.

Everything! Watching tv in a jacuzzi bath was brilliant. It was my birthday and the staff arranged flowers, drinks, a picnic basket and rose petals on the bed. They even left a card from them. The hot tub is the icing on the cake!

Great hotel. Stayed for one night for a wedding party, stayed in the Swan Cygnet, room was very spacious and very clean, air con, large tv on wall. Bathroom was very good with toiletries provided. Check in was very smooth and very helpful staff

Amazing stay after our weddding. Bags were already in our room when we arrived and they accomodated a really late check in for us. Driven to our room to save us walking and breakfast the next day was delicious. Room was much bigger than we were expecting. Fabulous bathroom. Really friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast experience lacked that little bit extra …. No toast and the porridge had to be returned but was probably down to the amount of folk at breakfast all wanting their breakfast in an instant. The main let down was the room, food from a previous guest was found in the wardrobe and there was a smell of drains/toilet as of it had just been used …..
