Could do with a few more healthy breakfast choices eg cereals, fresh fruit, juices and yogurt. Walls thin and there was a door between our room and the next so we cd hear people talking.

Location very handy for Dover. Rooms soaps and clean, esp enjoyed bath. Food available on site. Helpful staff.

Located on static caravan holiday park which was confusing at first. No early breakfast available, but not a big issue.

Good location for the ferry port. Room was modern and of a very good standard. Was very comfortable. Plenty of parking.

Just so happened that I went during a hot time, so room was a bit stuffy and it has heaters but no AC to cool me down. Think only some rooms had windows, others like mine have a patio door which I kept locked. My bathtub was also missing the cap/ plug so I wasn't able to enjoy it for one night stay. I also only discovered that late at night, so maybe it could have been fixed for a longer stay. The kettle and remote control could have used some proper cleaning, as they were dusty.

Location and pricing during summer time is decent. If you're looking for walking and hiking the area allows for some long walks to nearby restaurants and the beach. There are a few footpaths to see the White Cliffs from afar, which are massive. These walks can be quite tiring (especially back up from the beach and in how weather) so do be be aware. Water was very hot and had strong pressure. Staff was friendly and cheerful to answer my questions. There was a bathmat as well, but bring your own slippers or flip flops as that'd be best.

If your in room 1 you can't leave your door open as people from the bar go out side The bar as the door from the bar is right next to room 1. I wouldn't stay there again

The staff were very good but I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in room 1 as it was to noisy

It needs updating as very dark and bathroom especially as shower curtain needed replacing. Good value for a stopover

We arrived late and the young security guard was an absolute credit to the company. He was getting overrun with people to assist but so polite and friendly and clearly determined to resolve all issues and keep everyone feeling in safe hands. We were fine just picking up keys and paying !!

Room was very hot due to the weather and no air conditioning. Shower had poor pressure, although the water was hot.

Good value stopover en route to ferry to France. Swimming pool and gym available, though we didn't use them.

Didn't eat in the restaurant. The lo action was ideal. Lovely circular walk to the lighthouse, then the bay and back again in the village. Also excellent for getting to the ferry port to get the ferry to France .

Only 2 teabags and one coffee sachet for two of us. Pillows were quite hard.

The room was easily accessible and in a nice area. Parking was excellent, right outside the hotel.

The staff at reception booked another couple to our room which was a little startling having someone open the door on us. Also there was a very strong smell of weed in the corridor. Unfortunately, when this occurred reception had closed so we could not report it at the time. The bedding was not up to snuff either, this was very disappointing as this was our second visit and we were mightily impressed the first time we stayed.

The room was clean, the facilities were also clean. Parking is easy, check-in was easy too. The are around is stunning, I just wish we had gotten there a little earlier to be able to go for a longer walk.
