Staff were very unfriendly especially at the reception desk. Food was horrible (all inclusive). They used bad quality of food and it tasted horrible. The rooms were dirty when we arrived, my pillow case was bot clean at all, it was used by someone else. The bathrooms were also dirty, i found hair in the bathtub when i first arrived

the hotel is old, the pictures don.t reflect anymore the reality. IT was not that Clean, I needed to Tell the receptionist 4 Times Per day that the cleaning lady didn.t come to my room, but to our friends IT was coming daily and doing a good job. the same happened when we needed fresh towels. the food IT was ok, but Almonte the same thing daily… the staff from the restaurant were really nice instead. in the evening nothing special as entertaiment just a dj…. really dissapointed

IT is right on the beach, IT has a great view and a big pool.

Cleaning was poor!the guy who was cleaning was knocking to the door a few times iven the sign and the light with dnd was on,double bed they dont have,they put 2 single beds and was quite uncomfortable during the night(from 5 days ,3 i was calling to the reception for the shower gel and shampoo,hand soap they don't provide-from the reception told me to use shampoo for hands-very unprofessional)!food very poor and most of the time the same(rice with herbs).The lady from reception couldn't manage a simple conversation in english ,if you want coffee at the lobby bar you must pay 1 euro(the hotel is all inclusive)and their traditional tea is rarely(only in the lobby area).The employees was rude probably because they don't speak english.After 5 nights spend in the hotel i m quite disappointed- they deserve 3 stars maxim!

Let me stick to facts- This hotel IS dirty, there were stains on bedding, curtains, sofas and several other furniture items. Limescale in the “jacuzzi bath”, awful smell of sewage in several areas. I even found hair and a disused condom packet in the draw upon arrival. The toilet brush was dirty, there was yellow stains around the toilet seat. Wifi connection inside the room is poor. All inclusive food options were left to be desired but I understand that food is a personal thing so I will not elaborate further. Staff are very friendly but MOST (including the Manager) do not speak English and it was difficult to communicate basic needs such as “towels” and “problem with aircon” “do you have a microwave” we began using Google translator to help us. The beach is not a sandy beach, it is more like a pier as you can see in the photos. The “mini bar” in the bedroom contained two bottle of water upon arrival and it was never replenished again. When i asked reception for more water bottle they directed me to the shop across the road.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was in a peaceful location. The all inclusive drink selection was good, no queues and quick drink service. The massage treatment was good (additional charge), the sauna and turkish hammam were clean. The pool was clean and well maintained, I also like the outdoor seating at dinner.

Very loud music but it did go off at 11. Some staff unhelpful. Reception a bit unhelpful. I like very quiet and it isn’t. Get a top floor room so you don’t get the noise from above

The meal ends 20 minutes after the opening of the meal program !!!!! The answer I received was "it's over". Did we pay less than those who came to the table first ??? I do not recommend !!!!

The "all inclusive" meal is just a bad joke. If I came to the table 30 minutes after the start of the program, you would run out of food. The chef's answer was, every day the same "it's over." Didn't they know how many guests were coming to the table? I think it's just disinterest. After you pay you can't get the answer "it's over", this is what I saw. Run away !!

The lack of choice of food, very bland . Coffee machine not working in main restaurant, had to walk to the pool bar 50metres away. Plain omelette with no choice of fillings.

It was not clean and the staff not friendly at all. only the girl at the reception very sweet and helpful. not even one staff friendly to ask even for anything. I was not dare even to ask them to bring me water. they didn’t do anything for you. It is all exclusive but the food sometimes very old and from last night.

There was no coordination between the staff, we were kept waiting for more than an hour because they couldn't find our booking. The food was substandard The corridors were littered with stale food The air conditioner wasn't working despite our complaints to the staff, who tried to deceive us that they were working on it The who experience was very bad, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

We had a horrible ancient as the housekeeper entered the room on us TWICE!!! Although we had do not disturb on the door and we were about to check out from the hotel already!! The room was dirty, the beds were broken and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, the beach was very dirty so we couldn’t swim, the food was below the standard even the fruits were rotten (check the photo) wasn’t worth it to invest in an all inclusive resort!

horrible, this hotel doesn’t worth to be rated 4stars, and doesn’t worth the money we spent I don’t know how it was rated, however I will never go back to this hotel for many reasons. 1st of all the staff at the reception were dishonest, in Bodrum the weather is very hot and there was no Air conditioning only the fan was working and of course it makes it worst, when we asked about the AC is not working they said ok 10 minutes the technician will come to fix it, we waited 3 days checked out and the AC never been fixed it was very hot at night and we couldn’t sleep until 5am everyday, 2nd very dirty it’s Nasty hairs everywhere floor filthy dirt everywhere and even in the drawers hairs in the closet as well very cheap no tissues you have to ask for everything. 3rd the food very poor quality and the worst thing you have to walk form the dining area to the other side of the hotel just to get water, they have home style 5gallons water bottle cooler. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone one wants to have fun and relaxation.

The property should really consider providing complimentary water like most hotels in the hotel room. In order to refill your bottle you need to go to the pool area. The room, forget about resting during my stay I was constantly disturbed. the do not disturb button does not work either, had workers wanting to come in and fix a soap holder in the shower when I said I don’t want to be disturbed. the buffet is on another level to the eating area and when you go to go and get more food and come back your table is taken by somebody else and cleaned. I did not enjoy my 5 night stay at this property at all

Nothing at all the room was not clean at all the tables has cups spots and dirty the sheets had orange spots, when we opened the jaccuzi the water become brown and had a very bad smell, the shower water was difficult to adjust to certain temprature it becomes very hot suddenly then changes to very cold

Everything was how we expected, needs some little language training ( English) for a few employees. If it is possible to put basically labels on the food.

Everything, what can I say? Helpful and friendly stuff starting from the reception, great coordinating by the chef from guest relations, she's nice, polite and well prepared for her job, I think her name is Lemon. She was opened to suggestions from everybody and she was in a permanent contact with the hotel guests. She supported us and accepted to help my wife and friends to organize my birthday. There was a big surprise for me and I must to thank for all, thanks also to Mr. Khan- chief in the serving area who was beiond expectations, good, polite, well prepared and great language communicator, thumbs up. Both are the two of the best assets from Dragut Point South.

1-The Resturant dirty and ant walking on the tables. 2-The outdoor restaurant under the room’s balcony and the smell of cocking was awful can’t sit in balcony. 3-the buffet poor and the food not tasty , 4-The service staff are little and can’t cover all the place. 5-the bar very poor and the bartenders don’t have experience in their job. 6-the beach dirty and the land area beside the sea very small and crowded .
