Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Brilliant Location, very clean, spacious bedroom, staff very helpful, food excellent and the service could not fault at all, very quick at taking orders and getting the food out, breakfast was good and quick service also. United KingdomKing bed was 2 beds put together, so i ended up in the gap between the mattresses each night, it would have been comfier as one mattress. The shampoo and conditioner was a 2 in 1 bottle, so that wasn't ideal when I didn't bring any toiletries. Bring serum or your own conditioner, to use as a dentangler
Amazing location and if you can get room 439 which is the executive king room you'll get the view of Belfast city Hall like I did. Everything within walking distance. Staff very friendly and I arrived at 10am, they offered to call me when my room was ready for check in - never been offered that before! Room was spacious, had a cold empty fridge to use which was great to keep my drinks and snacks in. Great hotel would stay again
