I would have liked a bed& breakfast guest house experience, but this was not what was being offered. My mistake.

No breakfast. Great location. Attic room was a bit cramped, but very clean and the design was well thought out. I moved to a more spacious a level below which was really good.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and the sofa in the room was very uncomfortable so didn't use. Kept banging our heads on the low ceiling when trying to make coffee (despite the sign). Be warned this family room is on the very top floor with narrow steep steps so I was a bit worried about carrying the baby up and down but I think we were pre warned of this.

Big spacious room. Host was lovely. Very clean. Tea and coffees were nice touch.

Kim was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble! Location for Exhibition Centre was superb and a parking permit was supplied as well! Very nice cooked breakfast, too. Definitely stay here next time.

Located in the heart of Harrogate, this boutique B&B is nicely decorated and furnished. Kim will look after you and make sure to accommodate your needs. The room and all the common areas are clean at a very high standard. The price I have paid is almost unbeatable. .

My only suggestion is that the host posts details so visitors can follow the What3Words app (which is very accurate and becoming very popular for helping emergency services arrive at their destination). An illuminated sign would also have been useful!

Boutique-style friendly B&B, it was clean and comfortable. The host was helpful and friendly, and when I called for directions (as neither Google Maps nor the car Sat Nav could find it) , responded quickly. There was a parking permit for use on the street behind the B&B. Breakfast was very good, with the option of fresh berries and a selection of yoghurts.

Our room was on the top floor so had a lot of stairs to climb and the ceilings were low in some places, but they were very well marked so there were no accidents.

The location was very central. It was perfect for getting to restaurants and the convention centre. The staff were very helpful at all stages including getting a parking permit for my car. The room was comfortable and perfect for our short stay. Wifi was available and worked well in the top floor room that we had.

Perfect location for the event Centre and town Centre, just a short walk. Fantastic communication and helpful information from Kim, absolutely brilliant. The accommodation was pristine, immaculately clean, everything we needed and such a lovely comfortable bed. Can't rate it highly enough. BTW. I don't usually bother with this sort of review.

I wished the shower head was adjustable/ could move up and down. I’m very short and struggled with the height of it.
