When we arrived we were told our breakfast was included in the price. On leaving after doing the express check out. I was asked to present my card for breakfast.

The weather , before you book there , remember to check . It was impossible to enjoy the balcony , the wind was unbearable. The only thing I would say , breakfast time could be a bit late You're gonna need a taxi so if you have a car bring it ( they got parking)

I would start with: The staff : from the reception , I think her name was Sara and another lady too ( sorry I'm bad remember the names ) she upgraded my booking as soon she checked my request ( she didn't have to but she did) Check in the day front desk staff very welcoming , genuine friendly It was my boyfriend Bday and they prepared a cake with happy birthday name on it . Room had amazing views , clean and got all the necessary amenities. Bar / restaurant : staff again friendly , attentive Customer service: 5 starts

Because of the road works, the road was being used as a cut through and unfortunately, the position of the room made our room extremely visible to standstill traffic.

Upon booking in, I received a wonderful greeting from staff behind the desk as they wished me a very happy birthday! Not only that, I had already booked a room with a sea view because of my love of the ocean and not only had they upgraded me further but they had continued with a sea view to their double deluxe room which was simply incredible. The decor in the room was so cosy and openly spaced with a lot of plugs for devices as my partner requires sleeping apparatus overnight. The facilities were just beautiful and to make it even better, it was almost open plan with a gorgeous cut through the wall to see in to the bathroom as well as making it possible for the sea view to be visible from the main room as well as the bathroom. The view! What Can I possibly say about the view to do it justice? At night with Whitstable lit up it was simply incredible, but the weather really made it better because as the sun was setting, seeing out over the sea and land over water was simply staggering! The staff were just unbelievably friendly, helpful and kind! Not only had they done all this, but upon arriving in our room, was a piece of gorgeous chocolate cake and written in chocolate was a very lovely 'happy birthday' message. I cannot put into words how splendid and luxurious the stay was here and we very much look forward to coming again in the not so distance future!

Not a thing.

It was a lovely building in the countryside with great views of the sea. The staff were friendly and welcoming, our room was beautifully appointed with a huge comfy bed. The bathroom looked out toward the sea and with a big bath and shower we couldn’t have been happier. We had dinner and breakfast and both meals were delicious.

The dinner and breakfasts were beautifully served and cooked. The breakfast menu was rather sectional either cooked or cereal ,but they seemed to be happy as they were not busy, for us to pick from different sections.

We very much appreciated being freely upgraded to a beautiful room ,stylishly decorated and very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were very impressed. Our rooms were fantastic and we had a brilliant nights sleep. Nothing was too much trouble and they even made sure that our preferred bread was available the following morning.
