That’s the breakfast wasn’t included and had to pay for it separate, if you wanted to

Was in a good spot for the local shops, and near a weatherspoon pub so handy for meals. The room was alright and the staff was friendly

It had no parking you had to pay for parking. The walls were really thin so you could hear people walking down the stairs or the corridor. The floor board were really creaky, so you could hear the persons movement above. The room was very basic and the bed wasn’t very comfy. The bathroom was clean but had a terrible smell.

The location was good. The bathroom was clean.

Ilfracombe is weird! Some parts are stunning but the main high street is pretty shabby and some of the folk are odd. Decent coffee hard to find. Good lidl though near the hotel. I would say this is a town to visit for a weekend? Beautiful walks.

Near beautiful walks on coast path. We could take our dog. Central location. Clean and newly decorated room. Female receptionist was lovely and friendly.

Breakfast at £12 per person is too dear if you only want toast. Stains on the carpet in the bedroom. Too hot. Bed was tilted so my partner fell out twice. Tiny shower ensuite, you couldn't swing a cat in. Faulty hairdryer blew up in my face after 5 seconds on, which was replaced by the lovely Receptionist.

The reception staff are lovely. Brilliant location & view from our bay window. Free parking off street. Huge functional bedroom. The price for the room is good.

Wasn’t informed the car park would be charged.

The water pressure in the shower is awful. It trickled out. Glad I didn't have to wash my long hair as I'd have been there hours.

The room was basic but clean. It's an old-fashioned building, and the lift is painfully slow. The staff was really friendly and made us and our dog feel at home. Only niggle, on the morning of checkout, a member of staff walked into our room as we were packing; we would have liked an apology. There's pay-and-display parking at the front of the hotel, but I'd recommend pre-booking their (limited) spaces for £6 per night.

Old windows, not soundproofed so the car noises was quite loud. Bathroom door needed to be trimmed as it was hard to open and close. Buffet choices were limited and breakfast only runs for 1h

Great location, large bedrooms. Nice cooked breakfast.

Very basic and old fashioned. Mattress not the most comfortable also quite a cold room , plug in radiator helped make this bearable. Shower was extremely small, I only just fit in there.

Great location, staff helpful and friendly. Clean, lovely towels and spotless bedding.

The position is good, The staff were very pleasant, The room was large with front view. Very clean & comfortable. Few minor things need doing but nothing to detract from our overall stay.
