Great rooms and facilities, hosts are excellent and lovely surroundings.

I do have a very low slung sports car and a short section of the drive did give me minor problem. Everything else was great.

The room was large and had a very comfortable sitting area to enjoy the TV. It was immaculately decorated and spotless. The house is in a lovely rural setting and there was an excellent view from the room. The breakfast was just as I ordered and bang on time.

Bed warm and comfortable. Room well furnished Linda welcomed me with generous hospitality. Excellent location especially for the warmer weather.

Room and bathroom rather chilly in the evening and moror. An hour of heat would have been welcome.

The staff and setting was really lovely. Plenty of hot water, large rooms, comfy clean bed and a fantastic shared kitchen/lounge (No oven or hob) with microwave and toaster. Private entrance to come and go, beautiful grounds and lovely staff.

Sadly the internet was just not useable. With a download of 5mbps and an upload of 1mbps I had to tether my phone to send my work reports. After speaking with the hosts they are inline to have fibre fitted so a call ahead to find if this has been completed may help avoid frustration.

A table and chair to work at (on the computer) in the room. The sittee could be rotated to make watching the TV easier!

Slightly warmer weather would have been nice but this is not the fault of the proprietor! In contrast the sunny evening meant we could sit out on our private patio and enjoy the evening light over the garden lawns, borders, mature trees and bushes.

I'd not been expecting such a beautiful location. The house, guest rooms (easy ground-floor access) and the grounds also are beautiful and beautifully maintained. The owners were friendly and took care to understand and meet our needs. Arrangements for a full, traditional English breakfast were first class with good quality ingredients.

* The WiFi signal in the bedroom was weak (~ -65dB) which was not strong enough to connect me to the internet. A booster might work better in the guests' hallway. * For summer, I would prefer a much thinner duvet or a couple of lightweight bedsheets. * The sign for Hall Farm B&B could do with being visible from much further away; ideally from the first white property on Hall Lane. I stopped there because I thought it might be Hall Farm and it looked like the track narrowed into the woods beyond. I would consider a much larger sign.

A very idyllic location. The deluxe double room with twin beds was much larger than I anticipated. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and appliances such as the kettle and shower worked well. The bed was one of the most comfortable and supportive I have ever slept on. The patio area and garden was an unexpected bonus as was the guests' kitchen/lounge. TV reception was perfect with a large choice of channels, although I only watched part of one programme.

A little distance but well worth it for the quite countryside

Lovely spacious room, well laid out to a high standard. After a good night sleep I woke to birds singing instead of traffic noise. Gardens are large and overlook picturesque fields. Ending my stay with a very nice cooked breakfast, with choice of cereals. A great venue for a relaxed say.

Very cold room and kitchen.

Lovely host, very quiet and private especially as there were no other guests and you are in a separate annexe. Lovely to have the use of a huge kitchen separate the rest of the house.
