Not keen on leaving the car at the road side, but no alternative in these coast areas. The rooms had a "run down" feel about them. The bedroom and bath room could have been a cleaner, needed a shelf in the shower for the soaps etc. Would have liked the option of an evening snack, ie a cheese toastie, instead of a full two course menu in the restaurant. Your front door water feature was struggling, switch the pump off or fix it; not a good first impression.

Lovely view of the sun rise and sea. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the afternoon cream tea seating area.

Whilst clean, rooms are acceptable but not brilliant. A bit dated in some areas but modern in others. Main Restaurant was shut for BH Saturday and Sunday nights. Apparently no bookings? Well I for one would have used it. However, this forced our hand to use alternative restaurants. Great experience and food was exceptional so again, a pleasurable disappointment.

Fantastic location with brilliant sea views. Parking as well, a real bonus in Looe.

Unfortunately the sauna was not working and the jacuzzi water was a bit cloudy but we still enjoyed the steam room and the rest of the facilities! Parking was a bit difficult as there were some gas maintenance so there too some spaces.

Staff were excellent and very friendly ! Especially Nicky!!!Thank you all your help Nicky! Location and food were also excellent!

I can only write this review from a solo travellers prospective, so with myself only needing a single room, but I did get up graded to a twin room, I would not be able to speak for a couple or family staying at the hotel.

The hotel is in an amazing location, it is extremely great value for money, the staff, food, facilities and the overall stay in the hotel for myself was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend staying at this property, for what is included in the price and during the peak of Summer speaks volumes.

We booked a sea view room and it had a balcony which I was looking forward to sitting out . Unfortunately we could see on check in there was a bit bird droppings on the table.There was a notice warning of bird nesting season and if we required extra cleaning. There was bird nests on the beams above our table with bird droppings coming of the beam . We didn't sit outside. I would stay again preferably with a balcony with out beams above.

We have stayed before, excellent location. Very large and clean room with comfortable bed. Great breakfast,and use of spa facilities.

It was very close to what appeared to be the kitchen extractor. It was quiet overnight but was very noisy in the late afternoon and early morning. We had lunch in the bistro which was very disappointing.

The room was clean, well equipped and the bed was comfortable but it was very hot. The shower was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Waited 35 mins to get snack,then it wasn’t cooked,raw in some places to late to get any food apparently cook lost my order!!! Also tens of fruit flies in bathroom

The hotel needs updating in some places. The food in the bistro was expensive for the quality and not much choice on the menu.

Went for something to eat on the last night, waited 40 minutes to be waitress to take order, however nobody came to take my order, so went somewhere else, only thing i can criticize about my stay.

Noisy seagulls but that is nature and shower not the most powerful but fine.

1, didn't like the like where the room was you could hear all the humming and noise from whatever it was as it kept us awake 2, it said 24hr room service, but they don't do it past 1030

Hydro pool was absolutely amazing, room was clean and nice. The staff were lovely and chatty.
