Probably wouldn’t stay on the weekend again because they have live music so the bar was full of very drunk “groupies’ and to get to the rooms you have to battle your way across the dance floor. I appreciate they need to make as much money as they can in these hard times but screeching girls and a loud glorified karaoke singer didn’t make for a relaxing stay. Will stay mid week next time, wouldn’t put me off returning

Lovely room very clean and quite spacious. Breakfast was fantastic! Lovely location and all the staff were friendly. We ate in the restaurant on the night of our stay and the meal we had was really good and also nicely priced

Fan in bathroom making a lot of noise.

Staff was great, good service. The room size was OK. Bed was a bit soft for me. I was lucky to have a parking place in front ot the hotel, might be more of an issue if it is busy. Diner in restaurant was OK.

Checking in was straightforward and the reception staff member was kind enough (and at his own initiative) to ask whether I would prefer a 'quieter' room away from the street which they arranged with no hassle and no extra cost. Bed was comfy. Location of the hotel was great also (close to the town centre and local transport hubs).

The shower was ridiculously small. We had a problem getting in and out as the glass doors would not open enough.

we stayed in room 1 and it had an interconnecting door. Not the hotels fault but the man in the room next door kept us awake talking in his sleep, it was like he was in our room it was so loud. Not sure if we would have heard him if we hadn’t had the door between our rooms. There was nothing in the rooms to tell you WiFi code or breakfast time.

The room was very comfortable and clean. it was lovely decorated. The restaurant which served great Indian food. The staff were lovely. right in the centre of the town. the rooms had secondary glazing so you couldn’t hear anything outside. The breakfast was good.

Evening food offering was Indian and Nepalese cuisine which may not suit everyone .

Good location on the main street. The room was very comfortable and we could see the mountain top from the window! The breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful.

We were given the hotel's best room with a lovely 4-poster bed. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The entry to the hotel is through a traditional and clearly popular public bar. The best surprise was the attached top quality Indian restaurant Overall, this was a lovely combination of a traditional pub with a good value, friendly restaurant serving excellent food. A lucky find.

Shower off /connected to the taps, over the bath, not suitable for every body these days ,but it worked well.

Family room was very spacious, at the back of the hotel ,so nice and quiet, good view of the hills. Breakfasts were superb ,and to a very hight standard ,Room was clean ,as was the hotel throughout, room possibly a little tired ,but owing to the pandemic and fuel rises, perhaps this is acceptable, but it was clean.

Tv in the wrong place couldnt watch it correctly and need a better shower and they should make sure the windows are close as the room was freezing when we arrived
