Stupid little thing but I’m slightly disabled and the chairs in our room(2) were very uncomfortable

Our bedroom window did not close fully and was therefore very draughty. Paintwork [e.g. skirting boards] was quite badly chipped and needed refreshing. It would have been appreciated if oatmilk was available in the bedroom and in the restaurant to cater for guests' preferences.

Location perfect. Views across to the mountains were amazing. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Spacious room with plenty of storage space. Plenty of parking space. Interesting history of The Manor with a very informative display in the reception area.

Beautiful location with easy parking. Lovey view from our comfortably sized bedroom. Staff were helpful and friendly. We ate in the dining room in the evening which was a perfect setting with good food and drink. Would thoroughly recommend

We liked everything.

Such welcoming, friendly staff who made us feel completely relaxed. This is a very dog friendly hotel, and our little pooch enjoyed the treats given very much! The seating area by the bar is cosy and comfortable, and the dining rooms are beautifully decorated. Breakfast and dinner choices cater for all tastes, and the food was delicious. Will definitely stay again. Photos are by the fireplace in the bar and the breakfast dining room.

Bedroom decor tired and a little shabby. Bathroom clean but could do with an update.

Quiet location. Good for visiting Crickhowell. Lovely views. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast!

Although the room was impeccably clean, it could do with a little updating perhaps? The bathroom was great, the bed was excellent. The temperature was good.

All of the staff went that extra mile to make you feel thoroughly cared for. Best individual service in a hotel I have ever had. The food was excellent, both at breakfast and evening meals. My dog was very welcomed and I loved that staff were keen to get to know him too. The views around the hotel were spectacular and you could see for miles.

All good except that I was there in a particularly cold spell and couldn't get room 2 warm, despite a request and visit from maintenance staff.

Great location, within 10 minutes walk of Red Indigo, an Indian restaurant, and 20 minutes of the town. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast in charming room. Fantastic views from room 2.

As previously stated, we attended a presentation evening with a meal. The service for the meal seemed chaotic, bringing parts of meals out to many tables then a very long delay before vegetables (not enough for the number of people at a table, one dish, but should have been 2 for the whole table)) and gravy. I strongly recommend that staff concentrate on providing all items to one table at a time. It is a shame though because the food was delicious.
