The location was great - close to city & attractions. The staff were very friendly & accommodating. We had an early start the day we were leaving, and Jackson left breakfast items in our room the night before so we could have some breakfast before we left.

Would have liked a heads up on how steep the drive up to the b&b was and would then have been prepared. It freaked my sister out, I would have driven up for her if we'd known in advance

The only thing we good find that would improve the overall experience would be a hook for towels when you get out of the shower.

Great location, only a short walk from castle and cathedral, A lovely room with a super shower room, excellent breakfast with a good selection of cereals. Staff were very good particularly Jackson who was very helpful and attentive.

Breakfast was simply LUSH - the room was quirky and cool, and the location was central - even if the driveway was not for the fainthearted driver. Really helpful and friendly staff let me stay longer in my room, and helped with the location for my job interview.

Not the easiest to find a\s the road crosses a fairly complicated one-way system, but well worth it in the end!

A beautiful, comfortable room with a view over Lincoln. The extra touches like the coffee machine and the night light in the bathroom. Off street parking and only a few minutes walk to the cathedral and castle. An outstanding breakfast. Last and most important, staff who went above and beyond to make this a perfect stay.

Near to the old town and assessable, the owners were so happy to chat and give advice on where to eat. So friendly and happy to help. Great breakfast and rooms. I recommend this place for all to stay at. A great place.

Parking was an issue, although we were very grateful for the parking permit, we were driving around for ages waiting for a space to arise. I understand that is not the fault of the B&B though.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Breakfast was exceptional with so much choice and great quality. Couldn't have found a much better location. A fine selection of teas in the room. I loved the focus on local produce.

Due to size of breakfast room, only communal dining available. Just a personal thing, I'm never at my best early morning so making conversation with people I am not familiar with is a bit of a chore, but that's me being antisocial. Breakfast itself, however, was excellent with a very wide choice of first class ingredients.

Very steep access (Lincoln is very steep!). They did explain that in confirmation email. Permit given for side street parking… which was a bit of a walk, ok for us but not for anyone elderly or unsteady on their feet.

Very friendly, clean. Lovely continental, breakfast (cooked full English was an extra £9.50 but good value). Traditional, period decor. Good stocked fridge. Nice modern en-suite, comfy bed and pillows and lovely, large thick towels. Very close to castle and cathedral.

Can’t fault this hotel at all.

Eco friendly, lovely breakfast, friendly staff who gave us a warm greeting and couldn’t do enough for us. My husband left his expensive coat there, hanging on the back of the door and as soon as the staff saw it, they text us to let us know and posted it back to us, so kind of them. Will definitely be going back to stay!
