The walls and floors are thin so I could hear every sound in the building, the bed and sheets had some old stains on them that were a bit concerning but I just chose to trust that they were clean as everything seemed to be in good condition otherwise.

The room was basic but adequate, the location is very close to the airport and can be reached quickly by bus. They have a good transfer service, there is a nice restaurant on site, there is staff there to help at all times. The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water for showers. The bedroom itself was tidy and clean with plenty of natural light. The cost of the drive from and to the airport was very reasonable. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was pleasant.

The room (39) was in a house over the road so we were disturbed every time someone came through the front door. The heating was on very high in the entrance hall and despite the radiator in the room being turned off the room was very hot. The room was small so little space to move. The paintwork had been done to a low standard, eg over painting on white wood work. The internal door hinges and handles were loose. The shower tray was cracked and the plastic trim was black. The radiator behind bed was dusty and there were black marks in the corner of the room. The carpet was poor quality and poorly fitted. One pillow each with one extra on the floor in the wardrobe in dubious condition with no cover. Overall it felt very cheap and not very wholesome and definitely not 4, or even 3 star.

The staff were very kind, attentive and friendly and looked after us well after our long flight. The bed was comfortable with clean linen. The hotel was very close to Gatwick North and we used the public bus as it was only £2 pp with a close bus stop (9a) and frequent 24 hour service.

Quick transfers, great service from staff. Rooms clean and very adequate for overnight stop. Car parking was smoothly handled, I was out in my vehicle driving home within 2 minutes of getting back.

Food was very slow to come out. We had to wait for 40 minutes for our pick up from the airport when we landed...I had to call the hotel 3 times.

The only thing that bothered me was the frying smell coming from the nearby kitchen. I mentioned that to reception, they closed the door, turned on the hood in the kitchen as well as a fan in the hallway, which helped a little.

The location is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Room was very cute comfortable and clean.

I enjoyed my brief stay and I have no complaints. My only recommendation would be the shower water, (pressure?) was sufficient, but rather limited. More water flow preferred.

Close and convenient. Amazing manager and staff. Extremely helpful. On site bar and restaurant with delicious food. Lodging and airport shuttle a great value for the price.

I wouldn't say it met my expectation for a 4* hotel. The bed was quite uncomfortable and it was quite noisy so I didn't sleep well. I know airport hotels often suffer with noise but it was more from the road and other rooms. Overall it was fine as it was just for the night with an early start anyway.

Good price, close to Gatwick airport and the hotel provides a pick up drop off service which was very convenient. The room had everything I needed although very small with a separate bathroom.

Bathroom was dirty around the skirting boards, some hair found on the bed on arrival. Shower head broken, unable to adjust height or position - but at a fine level for my height so was ok.

Hotel is 10/15 mins walk from the train station. The room was spotless, a good size and the bed was comfortable. An iron was provided on request. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was lovely. The hotel provided a transfer to Gatwick airport at 4.00am at a small charge.
