The door in bathroom was broken and shelf in fridge was falling off. Hot tub wasn’t clean and the heater on hot tub was not working.

Could have had the hottub sheltered due to poor weather conditions, bed was very uncomfortable and there was one pub for miles which didn't open for hours after we arrived

The wooden decking around the hot tub was broken with a missing plank whick made it difficult for me to get round to the step into the hot tub and put the lid on and off... the opposite side was also loose.

Beautiful lodges with everything you need in them. Clean and dressed beautifully for your arrival. The hot tub was fab .

The kitchen was a little under equipped (no saucepans or baking trays, no tea towels, no oven glove)

we was in lodge 20 which is located at the front of the park. we have a little terrier dog which is quite yappy especially when people visable. there is no access to get between lodges so everyone was constanly walking though ,using it as a short cut and past our new car where it was parked to get to the shop or see staff.. for ultra privacy for that particular lodge it needs a fence putting up so people can still access staff and shop while keeping the current resident happy with privacy , also no possible damage which could happen to anyones car.

cleanliness. staff outstanding. gorgeous pub. ultra quiet. very pet freindly. minimal phone signal which was perfect so people couldnt get in touch with us.lol.. location and how the park is set up looks stunning. it was that good we have booked for march next year before ive written this review.

Could provide more basic kitchen utensils such as pizza cutters, scissors, sieves etc.

Spacious and modern cabin with Hot tub and outside seating areas. Large bathroom and wardrobe space in each bedroom. Staff were happy to help at any point.

The pillows where not clean, however there was a washing machine in the lodge so was able to clean them.

Lodges are amazing and well kept, very small for three adults but we had an issue with the booking and booking.com so ended up in a lodge we do not think we where supposed to be in but it was a quick save

Although there was a TV in the bedroom it would have been nice if the one in the living area had worked properly. I can't lay or sit in bed to watch TV because of back problems. Still, every one else had the same problem.

Location excellent, holiday home clean and comfortable. Hot tub was a great bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Some Internet but very patchy - including for TV iplayer etc (take a book). Brought own mattress topper as read reviews that the mattresses were thin - was fine. Some kitchen items missing eg microwave oven.

Quiet, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Well off the beaten track. Pub on site open in the evenings with food available at weekends. Good-sized accommodation with a private hot tub and outside seating.
