Room and bathroom very small for family room with 3 people but would be OK for small child.

Location excellent. Restaurant very nice atmosphere, service and food. Good menu for breakfast and dinner.

All the staff were very friendly and there was a really nice feel about the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was a very nice setting. Our room although small was clean and functional and nothing to dislike. We would happily return as the location is great too.

Our only complaint was the difficulty of parking. Our arrival on the Thursday evening was traumatic and, although the staffhelped us with luggage, we had to park a half mile away and pay!

The location is on the North Parade almost opposite the Pier and handy for the Promenade. The room was clean and tidy with all facilities required. The rest of the hotel was very welcoming and comfortable. The restaraunt was excellent; food, service, staffing, everything.

We found our room for 2 adults and a child (12 years old) was a bit of a squeeze and the rooms advertised did look a lot bigger on the pictures, we could not find a fan in the bathroom therefore the whole space felt rather stuffy. parking is a nightmare but this is not the hotel's fault! Apart from these minor things we enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing not to like really. I suppose the only thing is it would have been nice to have had a parking space outside the hotel. But they did write to explain this to us which was very good of them so it was no big surprise or disappointment when we arrived. I guess we were fortunate enough to find a space which was not too great a distance away and we could see the car from the front bedroom window.

Nice friendly welcome when we arrived, with keys ready and waiting. We had booked two rooms and it was great that we had rooms next door to each other.. We really appreciated that. Although the rooms were quite small they were very well equipped, very clean and really comfortable. One room had such a beautiful view of the sea, beach and the Little Orme. Breakfasts were cooked to order selected from a menu, along with fresh tea and coffee, and the service was very prompt. For our family, one of the best things about the hotel is that it is in such a great location, close to the pier, the town centre, the tram station, it was great. We would definately go back to this hotel again.

The fact we was there only one night .I did find that one member of staff was trying to get us to buy more wine .when we hadn't drank the one we had .think it was because we had a couple of drinks .taking advantage maybe 🤔..but apart from that amazing

There wasn't anything about this hotel to dislike. Would just stay longer next time . The evening meal was fantastic 😋 as so was breakfast.

A lovely bed and breakfast with the advantage of a fabulous restaurant with great offer nights if you choose to eat in. Our room was clean, comfortable with a spa bath too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It is in a very good location, opposite to the pier entrance and a walk round the corner into the town. We will definitely go back again.

The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly the food was hot and very enjoyable the hotel was very clean the location was great we didn’t have to walk to far to get from place to place and the weather was great as well the beach was clean the seagulls were a bit of a pain overall it was great.
