Location is perfect. In the heart of Batumi. The host Levan was very kind and giving us fresh mandarins and other fruits from his threes. The price was also decent and cheap.

Nice and quiet location with a garden. We could do the laundry without extra charges. The owners are nice and friendly, but communication is much easier if you speak Russian.

Excellent property at the best location in Batumi. The garden is amazing. We stayed only two nights, but felt sad to leave. Doesn’t happen so often after a hotel stay. The owner, Levan, such a good person. When we were leaving he walked with us to the gate, waited untill the taxi arrives, and it was genuine, felt like he is a relative/friend. It’s so peaceful and calm in that apartment, we might go back and stay there just for that. STRONG RECOMMENDATION.

Good location in old town, close to everything but tucked away. The room was clean and really good size. The host greeted us warmly and gave us slippers, tea & coffee and fresh fruits he had picked from the garden. We would have spent more time in the garden had the weather been better.

Levon is a great host! The room had everything we needed, and the hotel has a great outdoor space to meet the other travelers and of course Levon himself which created a very nice and hospitable atmosphere. The location is also great, not too far from the bus station but also close to the next beaches and restaurants etc.

The location and the host are perfect! Levon is a nice host, he is very welcoming and kind! His pet Benya is a good company in the garden, he is also very friendly! The garden is very beautiful and comfortable, you can enjoy sunny time there. The property is located in the old city and it is very close to all attractions and restaurants, the sea is also in a walking distance. We absolutely recommend this place!

Lighting in the front room of my unit was weak.

I have stayed in maybe15 different Batumi hotels and guesthouses during the last couple of years. Taking everything into account - including the very reasonable rates - the Batumi Summer Hotel is my favourite... Not your traditional hotel set-up. No lobby to navigate through. The extremely helpful and friendly owner lives upstairs on the premises. Each guest unit is on the ground floor and all have private entrances. Kind of like an American "motel" except that you can't park right in front of your room... Easy 24-hour in-and-out access through the gate...Super location in Old Town...The view from room is to the peaceful courtyard full of orange and persimmon trees... Extremely quiet. The walls of the hotel are thick and it is set off from the (quiet) street so there is no traffic to hear...My room was very clean, large and had a fridge and kettle... New remote controlled heating units in every room that work great... Shower with a curtain, plenty of hot water & good water pressure...Strong wi-fi.

We felt very welcome. Our host was very flexible to our needs. We checked in very late and it was no problem to him. Next morning we revived delicious kaki fruit straight from the tree. it was a very nice start of the day.

The location was great, close to boulevard, caffes and bars. The owner was helpful and nice. Room was big enough for two, nice garden. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Thanks a lot!

Despite of the description ("free private parking is available on site") no private parking was available, only street parking is possible.

Old and dark room. Bedroom windows opened inside sitting area and from sitting area only a small window opening towards a yard.. No natural light at all. Very claustrofobic. We changed place next day, to an incomparably better location for the same amount of money.

Toilet and bath weren't clean. Extra blanket was dirty. Bring flip flops and don't walk barefoot.

Musty. The air is full of musty smell. I couldn't sleep well because of this. The window is a bit far away the beds. I saw a yellow hair strand on the pillow.

The staff is kind. He served us fruit after pick up from the tree. Room is large. There are spoons, forks, glasses,plates and some candies. Garden is peacefully. You can sit under the trees and watch the green picture.
