It’s the people that make the difference. Konstatina and her team make you feel welcome and comfortable. The location is perfect as it is near the activity but away from the hassle and noice.

Not in the nicest part of town. The property itself is old but it is refurbished like a Gatwick airport hotel. The lighting was odd. It didn’t go dark at night as light switches all had a back light. The only way you could switch off the spotlights over the mirror was to sleep with the wardrobe open (this was actually the design!!) plastic tulips! Plastic coat hangers etc

For a ‘boutique’ hotel we would have expected better facilities like adequate lighting, a separate bathroom not just portioned off. No mildew in the shower. Proper comfortable chairs to sit out on the terrace and relax.

Attention to detail on maintenance. Wardrobe rail collapsed, some lights in room not working. Poor light during the day as small windows and poor lighting. Too much light at night! All switches, which are numerous, have illuminated rings of light around them making room too light and difficult to sleep. Skylight on landing let in light very early in the morning, waking you up, as no door on bedroom. Hotel looks beautiful and has been renovated in a quality way. However, sometimes it’s style rather than practicalities!

Location excellent for all facilities in the Old Town Rhodes. Breakfast was good but the same every day, which for a weeks stay a little boring. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room was double the price of others in the area and based on the reviews I expected so much, the room was nice but it was dark and small (extra lights required), it was very hot on the area to have breakfast (no fault of the hotel) option to have in rooms would be a nice extra. As there is so much to do in Rhodes I have preferred to stay in a cheaper hotel as you don't need to spend much time there - that being said the beds were really comfortable!

The hotel was great, the bed was so comfortable and there were small details such as dressing gowns, coffee machine and obviously the hot tub was great. The staff were really helpful and provided anything that was asked of them e.g an iron. The breakfast was very nice it included greek yoghurts, cheeses, fruit, coffee and orange juice - although please be mindful if like mine your partner is fussy with food, however there are plenty restaurants around. Rhodes is amazing with so many restaurants and bars I would definitely go back. You have to go exploring as we didn't find cute hidden restaurants until our final day.

Room could have been bigger. And smell from toilet - awful. Charging for water- a negative as one has to have bottled water. The other hotels provided unlimited water - complimentary. Overpriced for what was offered.

The breakfast offered a very comprehensive range of food.Croissant / locally baked rolls/ pastries would be preferable to bread - very heavy. Room comfort - very good. Unpleasant smell in toilet- plumbing 😞

It took us a couple of attempts to get the jacuzzi to temperature and I’d have been too hot if I’d set it to the suggested temperature of 45* so set it to 38-40*.

Well designed whilst keeping in character with it’s Old Town Rhodes location. Great for reaching the main tourist attractions, shopping, dining out. Hot tub on the patio. Safe. We took their advice and dined at one of their suggested restaurants, Alexis:- the best service, great food, fabulous wine. Thank you!
