We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room showed its age and some appliances/features showed wear or age. Also, though classifies as a non-smoking room, it smelled of smoke. Lastly, though not the fault of the management, a near-violent domestic argument flared up outside my room at 3am. I nearly had to call the police. It was very difficult to get back to sleep. There was no visible action by the motel staff.
It is inexpensive and convenient to my office.
