Fabulous location, so clean. Quiet and peaceful but walkable to cafe, restaurants and a lovely beach. Staff at Castellano are exemplary and Nikos (the owner) is very friendly and helpful. Went out of his way to organise an early check for us.

Castellano Village is a magic place with a wonderful view over the bay. The owners are very kind and competent people who work with passion. We spent beautiful days in our apartment. This was our first time in Astypalaia and staying at Castellano Village made it an unforgettable experience. The hotel is located at a very lovely spot in the middle of the island with an amazing view of the sea. What makes it more special is the exceptional service of the owners, Nicolas and Christina. They make sure you get all the information you need to enjoy the surrounding area and the island. The hotel has a nice pool and a small taverna with great service. The room was clean and with nice details and you can enjoy watching the sunset from the balcony. Amazing beaches are accessible by foot, including Blue Harbour (Μπλε Λιμανάκι) and Plakes (Πλακες). We definitely recommend staying here if you visit Astypalaia!

Our stay at Castellano Village was an amazing experience. The owner and the staff are very polite, always willing to help and provide you with anything you need. The location of the hotel is ideal. Nothing, it was just great.

Location is amazing, really beautiful and quiet place. The perfect location to take it slow and just enjoy the beach 10min down or the swimming pool with the perfect landscape. Our 3 people studio was very comfy and clean with a small kitchen if you want to cook. The hotel also has a nice bar that offers drinks and food options. Finally, the hosts are really nice and welcoming people always there to help. Really great place.

Apparently there is a "quiet hour" between 14:30 and 17:30. Staying with small kids may be a challenge. No breakfast available apart from a breakfast basket.

The location and view are excellent. Very nice beaches on foot distance. Excellent restaurants nearby. Well connected with the rest of the island.

The balcony was very small and in the morning with sun, but this was due to cycladic architecture the hotel ia having. In the bathroom the light can be stronger

The hotel was very good and as shown in the photos. The room was big and comfortable. Cozy and traditional. The beds and pillows were OK too. It was clean and everyday they were in the room tiding up. The staff was very kind and helpfull. It was quite and relaxing. They were are also beaches very near on 5 minutes walking distance.

We really enjoyed our staying at Castellano Village, such a warm, helpful and kind welcoming from the owners, Zinovia and Kostas. Thank you again for the taxi, the car and the boat trip that you kindly arranged for us! Nice and charming pool, very nice and perfectly furnished studio to spend our holidays. Very calm place and perfect to relax in a cosy environment. The distance from Chora is 15min by car. No worries for the airport that is close (in August 1 to 3 flights per day, small airplanes). Two nice beaches (Maltezana and Steno) reachable by foot (10 to 20min walk). In Analipsi (Maltezana) and Steno there are also nice restaurants (like Almyra fish restaurant and Steno Cantina) with very tasty food, that Zinovia recommended to us. Don’t hesitate to book at Castellano Village for a wonderful holidays experience!

The fact that there were no gluten free and lactose free breakfast options. A pick up and drop off service between the port would have been better as well

The hotel is quite new and modern, all with Cycladic style. Clean with a super nice view by the sea. It's in a quite location that you can visit at least 2 of the nicest beaches on foot.
