Sharing the apartment with a friend so we needed the sofa bed. This only worked as a single, which was fine for us. However the bed was very close to the kitchen area with hum of fridge etc. got used to it after awhile. We were lucky we were there early in season so otherwise it was very quiet. On our last night people moved in next door and we could hear them quite clearly.

Great location by the harbour and beaches, and the pretty village. One of the few unspoilt villages on that bit of the coast - highly recommended. Lovely manager, very helpful.

We liked everything.

Our one bedroom apartment was very attractive, comfortable, and well equipped. Best of all it had a balcony overlooking the church and harbor and a great view in the opposite direction from our bedroom window. We would come back to Crete just to stay there in Panormos, a quiet, lovely village on the sea. Magda was a very kind, helpful host.

Nothing to complain...except that we had to leave !

Perfect Host in a perfect Location, very nive Apartment, super Clean. Very nice small town with many taverns just a minute - by feet - away.. a remarkable bakery a stonethrow away... Thank you very much, we enjoyed it..

The beach next to the apartment block was very neglected. Apparently the local council do not regard it as a beach and therefore it has no facilities. It is such a pity because its used to be a nice little beach but is now becoming a bit of an eyesore.

The apartment was next to the beach and the village centre, so handy for everything. We had wonderful views over the harbour. It was well managed by Magda who was always cheerful and helpful and immediately available to deal with any issues. I left my ring in the apartment when I left and Magda parcelled it up and posted it home to Scotland for me. The cleaner provided a good service and we appreciated having fresh linen every third day.

The kitchen were not really equipped for cooking. It did not disturb us too much because in the end we went out into one of the nearby restaurants which were all very good and economic.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our rooms were located at the top with large balconies overlooking the sea. The rooms were really clean and the ladies at the reception very nice and helpful. The nearest beach was literally a one minute walk away, two more beaches nearby and all of them quite nice.

There was nothing to dislike

The friendly atmosphere of panormos and especially Tina and Magda in reception. The cleaner was also a very nice person who probably gets overlooked in reviews.

- Fridge is abit small ( think mini-fridge) , not an issue for most people but worth mentioning - A certain humidity in the rooms .This is most certainly due to proximity to the water (<50m) , but it might be important if you have sensitivity to such things

- The beach was very close, you could hear at night the waves from the apartment with the windows open. We went every night to check how the waves break. - Magda and her colleague (hosts) were amazing. Good recommendations, always happy to help and very good communication - Panormos had such a nice spirit at night as it filled up with tavernas - In apt 1 we had a nice private garden opening from the bedroom, and there were lovely plants around - The hosts even managed to save a parking spot in front of the apt. when parking was full at night - internet was good enough for 2 people working remotely - good water pressure and hot water was always available - Adorable cats in front of the hotel. Many people bringing cat food there. Also minor charity for good cause available (e.g. collect bottle caps for wheelchairs) - Very close to tavernas around. (O' Makis was something special) - Cold water was waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival - Sheets/ towels / were changed once every 3 days, but trash was taken out daily - Small safe available - The view was amazing

The location is perfect, very close to sandy beach , coffee shops and tavernas. Also a big supermarket is very close to the apartment. The host was very nice and helpful and she recommended nice places to see. The apartment was very specious and had everything we needed. I would really recommend the property and the village.

Great place to stay! Right by the beach (1 min walk) and to the left are all the restaurants. In short, perfect location. Furthermore, Magda and the whole staff go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Highly recommend.

There was a bit of noise in the building, I think the soundproofing was not very good. And it was also close to a church, which meant hearing the bell sometimes early in the morning. So if somebody is a light sleeper, it is something to consider.

The location was very good, close to everything and to the beach. The apartment was spacious with a bedroom and a living room with a couch that could be transformed into a bed and a little kitchenette. Magda was very nice and hospitable, she offered a warm welcome, and she explained everything for the hotel and the area. She also offered to provide an umbrella if we needed for the beach.
