The room is clean, beds are confortable from our point of view, our dog was welcomed, garden is so nice, pool was clean and fun (especially for kids), the shared kitchen wasn't a problem for us. It's pretty close to stores and beach and people was so nice and made us felt very good. Many thanks to everyone for your services and hospitality, we would love to come back next year! P.S. the horses near by are extraordinary, we loved them so much!

The place was a bit difficult to find, because the road that google maps gives has been closed in the meantime and not updated in maps. The other road is half asphalt, and the rest is a dirt road - not too bad but still requires some careful driving. Not really recommended for a walk to town/beach.

It was a peaceful place with a nice big garden. There is a pool as well, but we did not use it. The owners were very helpful and nice.

The property may only be reached via an unpaved road, but not a big issue if you are traveling by car.

I loved the swimming pool and the generous garden. Dina is a Lovely host most helpful. We traveled with our dog, he felt very welcome.

It is not that we did not like it but I think that adding the breakfast option would be absolutely great.

The overall accommodation is gorgeous, with a lot of lush greenery and the pool. The room was well sized. We travelled with out pet and we were all very comfortable. Nice, spacious balcony. Clean room and bathroom. The location is quiet and totally off the beaten track :) Very nice hosts as well.

Although there was good wi-fi when the internet was good, the internet connection was very unstable, but this is unfortunately the case at many places in Greece. Another downside is the distance from the beach (probably about 15 minutes walk) and the dirt road leading to the accommodation. There are no street lights, so at night it feels safer to drive than to walk.

There are two two-story buildings with rooms on the ground floor and on the upper floor. They seemed newly built, or at least recently renovated. Great balconies with a table and chairs. Everything was spotlessly clean! The yard was amazing, with trees, grass, flowers, all greatly maintained. We did not use the pool, but the water in it also seemed perfectly clean. The location is on the outskirts of the town, so it's calm and quiet, although traffic from the main road can somewhat be heard at night. They serve great Greek coffee at the pool bar.

Only I hope that government will help them next time when i visit that road will be improved and hopefully all Kassandra and Sithonia 4G network will be able to handle this number of guests. This is something that cannot be improved by host.

Very polite host that makes us really feeling welcome. Place is clean and quiet perfect for having nice and quiet holiday.

The bunk beds were a little squeaky.

We felt very welcome. The kitchen had all the facilities we needed. The yard was very green and the pool clean and pleasant. The room had a hair dryer and an iron. It was ok to order something from the pool bar but also to bring your own food/drink.

There is no barrier between the balconies. There was no hot water later in the night but we were there in late September so maybe it is related to the lower temperature outside. If your car is low it might be tricky getting to the hotel.

The place is clean and nice. Really good value for money. The pool is nice. There is a really cute dog thqt will probably welcome you. There is a really nice beach bar nearby - the paved rode ends in front of the bar.

This place is just amazing, quite, friendly and walking distance from the sea. Swimming pool can be used any time, the owners are always there if u need something. Everything and everyone is lovely.

the villa is located in an agricultural area, the road is unpaved, dusty and unlit in the night. You need a car to go shopping, to the beach or center.
