We had a great stay but breakfast could have been better

The breakfast could have been better. I think if someone had been on hand around the eggs and bacon section we could have asked for food cooked to our liking (for example eggs with runny yolks). The bacon wasn't good at all, which was a shame and there could have been more variety. Perhaps a pancake station or someone to cook omelettes?

The thing that stood out the most is that the members of staff were so lovely! The beds were very comfy, especially the pillows and the shower was great. We thought the shower foam provided was great quality and was very much appreciated.

We asked for a twin room and ended up with a double room. There were no amenities in the room such as kettle, tea/coffee, toothpaste, shampoo, iron etc.

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming - always willing to help whenever we had a problem or question.

Problems with a/c, but a room change solved situation.

We were very happy with this Rhodes Town hotel. The room was nice with a good balcony and view. It's in the hotel, restaurant, shops area of the New Town but had a leafy outlook and nice walk to the tip of Rhodes. The staff were friendly and accommodating and met our needs well. We loved the pool and the breakfast. 10-min walk to Old Town.

The air con wasn’t the best and rooms are abit small but we were very happy with our stay especially as it was such a great location and price.

Location was fantastic with a lots of bars/restaurants nearby and shops/supermarkets. Also a short 10/15 min walk to the old town/Harbour. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms although a little small are all clean & have a balcony. Also a little pool and breakfast is included. Everything we needed for a few days exploring the city before heading off to Lindos for a beach break.

The ordering of drinks/food around the pool was a bit awkward, wasn't always someone there to help. They stop doing food at 2.30pm but don't communicate that and leave all the menus out.

The room was lovely, comfortable bed with extra pillows. Great shower, very clean and great Aircon. Breakfast foods were good, lots of choices.

Nice Hotel but could be better

The breakfast was well below the standard we expected. The Greek yoghurt had a very strange after taste, the orange juice was so sweet it was undrinkable and the coffee absolutely disgusting. We only had breakfast there on the first morning and went elsewhere for the rest of our stay. Also, our door keys kept failing to work, despite us not keeping them well away from mobile phones which can deactivate them. On one occasion the male night receptionist was extremely rude whilst reactivating the keys and actually raised his voice to us! Not acceptable.

The hotel location is very good as it is close to the sea front, shops, bars and restaurants, and 15-20 minute walk to the port of Rhodes and the old town. Although the area is busy it is quiet both at night and during the day traffic-wise. The hotel was clean and the staff mostly friendly and helpful. Nikolas Beach at Kallithea is worth a visit. Sebeco Lines were the best for a direct trip to Symi.

Initial room sink plug (mechanically assisted) kept breaking, therefore couldn't let sink water out. This was worked around by simply removing it.

The breakfast was more than sufficient. With a wide range of choice, and comfortable settings, we were catered for in all ways. The staff were also very helpful and welcoming.

A quiet and a clean hotel in a very good location. You can easily walk to beach (very near beach), main bus station and to Rhodes old town. If you are staying in Rhodes city, this hotel is located in the area which is in my opinion the best to stay at. There are also a lot of tourist restaurants, bars and shops around the hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I had booked a twin club room for a fairly good rate. The room I got looked recently renovated and overall the hotel was very clean. I liked everything about the room and the air conditioning worked very well even though it was +30 degrees for whole week. A buffet breakfast with enough many different options to choose from. I especially liked the side dish of fried green peppers with tomatoes and feta cheese. Also the omelets were good. The fried eggs could have been more fried and bacon type fried meat better, but everything was otherwise good. The breakfast buffet also had a nice dessert table with Rhodean cakes, cookies and pies.
