Very good resort to rest with/without family. All services at the highest level. If you would like to explore near attractions i highly recommend to rent a car. Waterpark located within hotel premises, surprisingly wide range of slides for everyone to use. Food & Rooms at the high level. Customer service always available. Thumbs up!

The juices could be better. The fresh juice at least for a breakfast is a must for a 5 star resort, but not an disadvantage ;)

Great location and a view, clean and well maintained accommodation facilities, high quality food with a rich buffet. Proper cocktails with a branded alcohol. Great animation programs with amazing staff. Baggage room with an option to take a shower after check out is priceless! Highly recommended for the travelers with kids!

We took the family room. It was clean and very spacious. Large variety of food. There were several pools and the sea was quite calm. We had nice yoga and pilates session in the morning. People very friendly. Perfect hotel for family with kids.

Amazing hotel, on a lovely beach, crystal clear waters, calm and shallow, great for all.ages. Always beds available. Great water park, little train to take you up the steep hill. Food was excellent quality and variety, rooms were a good size. Entire place was immaculate.

Getting to the beach with a stroller is a bit challenging- stairs and no shuttle. The English kids club can have more games and activities- but the staff is great!

Good value for money. Room is in good size and comfortable. Food is very good - variety and quality. The is a heated pool that really helped us in this time of the year (October). The water park is nice for all ages. The train that is taking everyone up the hill to the water park was a great attraction. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

Only two minor points: terrible table wines (red, white and rosé) without the possibility to buy better wine (except for à la carte restaurants) and German speaking kids club only available to TUI guests (for all others, there is "just" an English speaking kids club)

The location of the hotel with it's own (sandy) beach is great. Our family suite was spacious, modern and with a nice view. Since we were uphill, the way to the water park was not far and we also didn't mind the stairs (on certain occasions, when you are very tired, just take the "tran" which runs every 5 minutes). Selection and quality of food in the buffet restaurants is good - especially compared to other all-inclusive hotels. The Italian à la carte "Ambrosia" is excellent, the Greek rather average but still ok. There is free parking and all your questions are answered via a very innovative app and by motivated front desk staff.

Amazing location, the most beautiful beach and pools, great spacious room, nice water park. Loved that they mark allergens on all foods, they had quite a large assortment of gluten free foods for our celiac daughter. The maitre-d was super helpful and very kind.

Everything is at the highest level, the hotel area is always clean with beautiful views of the sea and mountains, a sandy beach with children’s and water activities, a cozy room with everything you need, friendly staff, always ready to help, a buffet with an unimaginable number of dishes, and also Greek, Italian and grill restaurants, bars with a huge number of drinks, evening performances in the amphitheater and on Main Plaza. I planned to see something else in Crete, but the hotel covered all my needs.

The SPA area is very small and is not good at all for relaxing. The staff was good but from inside the SPA. one can hear children shouting outside in the pool area.

The stairs at the hotel are really hard to climb. This will work only if you are in super great shape. While the waterpark has a mini train you can catch, if you want to go to the beach there’s no train or cart and the walk and the climb is pretty exhausting, especially if you are with kids and all of their equipment . No “treats “ during the like in other all inclusive hotels , the all day restaurant has the same food as the dining room.

The staff is great and so helpful! The service at the hotel is amazing! Their guest relations service is exceptional, they checked on us by WhatsApp every day if we’re o.k and if we need anything. The hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. The AC in the room worked great which was very important for us during the very hot summer days.

Garbage cars twice a day just below our room, the water park closes almost 30 minutes before anounced time, the Greek and Italian restaurants are not worth the very long wait (came at 20:30, got the dishes at 22)

Evening entertainment options could have been better. Mini disco was aimed at toddlers and. It not teens. Been to all inclusive resorts in Caribbean so the expectations were high. Kids club should be open till late. Maybe consider casino as an option (not sure what the regulations are to run a Casino in Greece). Video game room is outdated and needs an upgrade.

Great location with access to the beach. Water park in the property was a big plus especially for family with children. You could spend hours at the water park. Plenty of pools around the property.The buffet options were good. The complimentary sun bed for one day was great, really enjoyed it. Staff were very friendly and great customer service.
