The establishment has a nice traditional Greek architect with a Greek surroundings and atmosphere. It would have been perfect if that setting is complemented with a Greek music in the restaurant instead of American music or at least use the classical Europeans symphonies. I don't think I've ever heard a Greek music during the breakfast in any American hotel in US. Then why European does not defend their culture and music the same way that American do who even go beyond that and distribute and commercialize their music/culture all over the world. One travel with music so what is the difference then if we hear the same American songs in every restaurants in the world... we just loose track and a charm of a country's culture.

If you open the windows, there is some lack of privacy as all rooms are next to each other and people can walk by outside your window.

The rooms were large, very clean and well equiped. Breakfast was really good with lots of options and a nice view. The main restaurant also had a great view and everything we tried was very nice. There is also a playground for kids with free access for hotel guests, which our kids appreciated, though it is mostly for young kids (say up to 8yo)

We travelled with a whole family group so we booked two family rooms and one single. Everything was very clean, comfortable and new. I highly recommend the place for families with toddlers. Our kids really enjoyed the amazing outdoor playground and we enjoyed the food and drinks of the bar and cafe there. Prices are reasonable. Also the breakfast was very tasty with a lot of choices, even for vegetarians. The single room we have given at the arrival had a bad smell and the ac was not working. The staff changed the room immediately to the junior suite with any other charge.

Disappointed by the restaurant. The description suggested a heritage site but this wasn’t the case.

It's very difficult to find something negative. The breakfast area was a little bit narrow.

Excellent facilities, very well located. The personnel are excellent and always willing to help. The room was spacious, very cozy. The breakfast was very tasty and there was a big variety of choices. The restaurant was exceptional offering high quality service and food.

Toilet needed repairs, pillows were hard and no view from our room.

Liked the room, bed was great, lovely location and views from hotel facilities. Breakfast was wonderful and breakfast room had exceptional views of the city and lake. Staff were wonderful, especially George from the breakfast room was amazing. Planned our day touring the area for us.

Our apartment was isolated from the rest of the accommodations, but it was above restaurant's kitchen, it didn't bother us, but someone might be bothered with sounds and noise coming from a nearby bar.

Our apartment had a beautiful panorama view of Ioannina, in the morning it's magical when it's cloudy. The apartment was very nicely designed having travellers in mind (handy wardrobe area for unpacking), comfortable beds. Hotel offered a delicious local breakfast in the nice breakfast room illuminated with morning sun. Big parking space! There is a restaurant with an amazing large open-air terrace overlooking the city, food is very tasty and service is excellent!

Super mountainside, tastefully furnished accommodation with sensational view of Ioannina and the lake. Excellent restaurant, bar areas and plentiful breakfast, all accompanied with a stunning view. Easy access into town, though steep hike.

The load music coming from the cocktail bar until very late. They have to upgrade the key system of the room. It's disturbing to leave the key every time you leave the property.

The room was perfect for my family, comfy beds, cleaning service every day. Nice view from breakfast area. The staff were friendly. 10 min walk from the center.

staff were super helpful and friendly. Georgos the waiter in the breakfast room even drew us up a map of places to visit with our hire car. Our room was very clean and comfortable with everything necessary to make our stay enjoyable.
