The bathroom needs rennovation. There was a stron smell of sewage and there was no hot water in the shower. The room was dark and the light wasn't efficent of didn't make the space cosy.

The view was stunning and it was a great plesure to seat on the terrace during the evening. The AC was quiet and efficant. There was a kettle and the choice of tea and coffee in the room, as well as the bottle of water. The bed was big and comfortable. For one night it was nice. The personell was really nice and continental breakfast was good.

Good hotel with nice cottages and a tasty breakfast ( eggs, noodles, rice, toasts, fruits, coffee, tea). Also they have a beautiful big pool. Nearby you can find a good massage place, supermarket, pub and few cafes, loundry, moto rental.

The 95 steps to my room but I chose this myself due to the stunning views. Those 95 steps were definitely worth it ❤️

I thought that for value this hotel was excellent. My room was serviced daily and fresh bedding every day. Tea coffee and bottled water. The most amazing view to wake up to. Simple adequate breakfast. Polite, helpful courteous staff . Clean large swimming pool.

We booked for 10 nights and stayed one. It was not a good fit for us. The rooms are very dated, and the a/c in our room had a difficult time getting the room cooled down. Our room was one level up from the pool, and frankly, the steps were too much for us. The pool is open until 2000 but not lighted after dark. The front desk did offer to change our room, but we had decided to change to another hotel that was more in line with our expectations. The hotel did refund our money for the unused nights without a fuss, and that was appreciated. Good hotel for the budget minded, but not a good choice for us.

The grounds are beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. The pool is large and inviting. The restaurant serves good and affordable food. Nice budget accommodations.

When I arrived, my room did not have any towels or toilet paper, and I had to ask 2x over the space of 4 or 5 hours to get them, and then it still took a while. There was a folder with information in the room, which stated that the hotel offered tours that you could book, but when I asked reception about it, they were surprised that this information was in the folder and told me that they didn't offer tours. The advertised "Free toiletries" were just two near-empty unlabelled soap dispensers. The bathroom sink was leaking, so the bathroom floor was always wet, which isn't a huge deal, but is annoying.

The cottages offer a lot of privacy, and the view from my balcony was amazing. The couple next to my cottage was thankfully rather quiet. I could hear them talk through the walls, but they went to bed early, so it wasn't a problem. On my first day, I had to leave before the breakfast started, so the staff prepared me a packed breakfast, consisting of toast, omelette with veggies, bananas and apple sauce. It was just perfect for what I needed. On the other days I had breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast room was comfortable and roomy, and the breakfast is all vegetarian, which I really enjoyed! The nasi goreng and mee goreng came with good sambal and kerepek, but there were also Western options. The fresh fruit was nice, and there was an egg (which I didn't try). I had chosen this hotel in part because it was relatively close to Bangsal harbour, where my ferry landed (and left), and where I needed to be to get to the Gilis for a snorkelling tour, but also because it was close to some restaurants. I underestimated how long it would take by taxi to get to the harbour (about 35-45 minutes), but I liked the quiet neighbourhood.

Everything was super : the view of our room was incredible, Small but efficient breakfast, super reactive and kind staff, cleaning every day with big bottle of water, and swimming pool very pleasant.

It’s a pity more isn’t made of the restaurant. A happy hour. Nice music. Etc. there are 3 decent restaurants across the road which were full so there is a market for it.

The Air con didn't work in the room and we have changed the room the hot water didn't work but it's not a big problem.

In the restaurant, there were ants on every tables.

The staff was helpful. The AC of the room wasn't working well and it was hot, so they changed us to another room and it was better. We had a view on the sunset, beautiful. The pool was really convenient with the hot weather. The room was pretty, cleaned, and quite big. It's closed to many restaurants, money exchangers, shops.
