We had an amazing time at the hotel, used our balcony with the amazing view, had some tasty breakfast and cocktails, as well as the spa facilities. All was reasonably priced and the staff were really friendly and helpful! Would definitely use again. Neochori village is also a very quiet and beautiful destination with a couple of nice tavernas and bars.

The hotel had a very magical view of the lake Plastira. The breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival, which was clean and very cozy. The food at the hotel restaurant was very delicious and the lobby was excellent with a view as well. Overall a great stay!

Breakfast, some stuff was cold like sausages and seemed to be not that fresh, although we were one of the first in the morning Check out took some time as there was no stuff available. They did not hear their bell therefore.

Not enough pressure of the hot water; difficult to shower . . . if they fix it it deserves a 10 for sure.

The view of the lake was amazing, especially form the dining room. Good service, clean, excellent breakfast with many items, room was fantastic, but there was an issue with the hot water.

we had neighbours in the room nearby that smoked in the balcony the whole evening .. so we couldnt enjoy the fresh air unfortunately luckily they left the 2nd night so we didnt have to ask to change a room I would suggest to keep rooms for smokers in a seperate part of the hotel

The floor boards in the bedroom were water damaged and couldn't turn off the bedside lights at night.

Stayed here for a rally. The staff were very nice and accomadating. They put out breakfast 2 hours earlier than normal to cater for us.the room was comfortable and spacious.

There was a problem with the rain shower.. I hope they fix it because this is lowering the image of the suite. Some coffee, milk, would be an extra attention in the room so that one can use the coffee machine.

We were welcomed at the hotel and we had an upgrade on our room which made us very happy. The hotel is overlooking to the lake Plastira and it is in a quiet location at Neochori village. The facilities and the room were great. Rich breakfast. We didn't miss anything.

The room could have been cleaner and the toiletries were not enough for two people, as we forgot to bring our own.

The hotel is in an excellent location, all the rooms have an amazing view to the lake and the road is wide so you can park closeby. The staff is one the most polite I've met. The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety and the best was the traditional pitas.

Not all rooms have view to the lake as mentioned in the booking and there is no clear distinction when you book. There are some rooms in the second part of the building (behind the rooms with view) where the main view was the buildings in front and had very limited view from the side to the lake. The receptionist offered us another room when we asked for and that was very kind.

The bed, the fireplace, the view from the two restaurants. Breakfast nice and well kept (all items were covered). Personnel very kind. Good value for money.

Fantastic big bed and very comfortable. Fireplace was an extra bonus. Wood available at 10euro. Big screen tv. Great views. Seems popular for weekend restaurant dinner but we haven't tried.

There is no pillow selection. The provided ones were super soft and we had hard time to sleep. It can get noisy at times given there's no proper noise isolation.

The view of the lake is amazing. Polite, highly professional and helpful staff. Great ambient, clean and spacious rooms. Located in the most vibrant village, away from crowds but close to nice restaurants and other facilities.
