Big studio, nice kitchen with all you need, nice pool

Location is pretty good, outside the main city in an area of houses and other tourist accomodations. There's a cinema nextdoor that has an outside area, we got to listen to a concert from the balcony it was great, normally you can't hear anything from there and the concert was over by 23:00 anyway. The beach is super close, just walk forward from the entrance 100m and you're on a nice beach with sand, umbrellas, bars everything you need. The host lives in a house on the property in a separate house and was super super nice, spoke great English and was very helpful. There's a great pool with a bit of shade for the kids in one corner and a deeper end if you want to swim. There were plenty of sunbeds by the pool, no issue with crowding in August. Parking was super good, there's a paved lot with lots of parking spaces adjacent to the property, it has a fence and it's mostly for guests. There are two different buildings with rooms, some rooms face inward towards the yard, some outward towards an empty field or the parking lot. The room was huge, ours had a main room with small kitchen with everything you need, a dining table and a small bed and a separate room with a huge bed. There is air conditioning and it's super quiet and worked great. Room was very clean, absolutely no issues, all windows had mosquitto nets so no bugs inside. Wifi was great and enough to even do remote work on.

Nice location near the beach. Clean apartment with comfy beds, nice shower, and all necessary amenities. Nice pool and plenty of sun loungers. 2-minute walk to shops and restaurants in Amoudara. Thanks a lot to our host, Eva!

Nice comfortable appartment, there is a dedicated parking lot next to the facility. The appartment has two bathrooms and all the rooms have A/C. The facility offers everything that a family will need during the stay there.

The Owner waited for us on property. In the fridge we found fresh water. Excellent communication. The Apartment is close to public bus station.

All was perfect

Super nice place to stay. You have all You need: big room, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, mosquito net, private balcony (we were so lucky and had a see view from ours room :) ), clean pool. Sea is only 2 min. walk. Also tavernas, shops, bus stops are very near. Location is perfect. At night it is quiet place. And host is friendly and wellcoming. We are happy that found these apartments and booked a room for our holidays here!

Excellent location really close to the beach. Lovely apartment, very modern and exceptionally clean and good condition. Beds were very comfortable, great shower, good sized balcony, spacious and all of the utilities one could require (iron, kettle, toaster, crockery). Apartment cleaned twice during one week period which was perfect with fresh bedding and new towels. Swimming pool perfect for cooling down and plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing. 2 minute walk to main shopping and restaurant area of Amoudara

very satisfied with the stay. very clean and pleasant. the hostess is friendly and approachable. she gave us very good recommendations for restaurants, beaches and car rentals. it's great for kids. close to the sea, close to good restaurants, doctors, pharmacies and markets with an acceptable range of groceries. cleaning and changing of towels is for two or three days. balcony very private and pleasant. pool and garden pleasant to use and stay.

Everything. The location is great - just a quick walk to the beach which you can actually see from your balcony. The hosts were lovely - even cut me 2 bunches of grapes from their vine :)

Absolutely nothing.

Apartment was spotless and very well equipped, and very spacious. Loved the pool. The family was so welcoming. Great location very close to the beach, tavernas and shops. Couldn't have asked for any better, we even had a sea view. Will definitely be back again.

Great place for a vacation. It has all we needed. Clean, quiet, swimming pool, close to the beach and very friendly host who was always there to help, if needed. Definitely recommend Nikolas apartments. I want to come back there :)

The neighborhood was a bit off. A bit dirty and somewhat abandoned. There was a loud concert one night.

The apartment was very spacious and we received a warm welcome from the family. It was well equipped and spotless. It was in a great location, close to the beach, tavernas and supermarket. Looking forward to returning.

The apartment is less than a minute away from the beach and near the main street with many restaurants and shops nearby. The host is really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend the place.

Nothing. For us everything was great

we recommend 100%. the owners are very nice, polite, friendly and hospitable. cleaning of rooms every 2/3 days. The apartments are very cozy, overlooking the pool or the sea. fitted kitchen. To the sea, to the beach 1 minute. Private swimming pool, spotlessly clean water, deckchairs. very good for families with children. full of gift shops, restaurants. If you want to spend a wonderful holiday with your children, we really recommend these apartments.

Kitchen well equipped and having kids this was fundamental, I asked 2cribs and got both. Room is small but perfect for what we needed.

easy access to the beach and also very near to bus station for Heraklion and supermarkets and tavernas. the room was nice , clean and perfect for short stay. The pool is a plus due to the windy weather. very clean the host very helpful with info and tips about tavernas .

Everything was ok, nothing negative. We were really happy there!

It was nearby to everything- sea, beach, bus stop (hotel Mariena- bus nr 1 go to citycenter and bus nr 6 back from citycenter, If you want go to Knossos, then go to citycenter and take nr 2), cafeterias, local small restaurants, minimarkets, travelling agency Statusmlb (we recommend). Hotel staff talked English- even helped us with plane tickets. Nikolas apartments have really nice and good size pool. So it was really perfect place to spend sunny holiday. We Estonians adored that place. Hopefully next year we can use the same place.
