Location was amazing right off the beach. The staff went above and beyond for us, even dropping us to the ferry when we were running late on our final morning. Highly recommend. 5*

The staff is really great and always offer some help. Breakfast was cooked in the spot by the host, and it was incredible. Eden Room is just across the street to the beach, and yet is far from all the party of the farout. Although it was a bit expensieve, it was a good place to stay and really enjoyed it, i would definetly come back. One morning I had an issue with the drain system, and the host fixed it rightaway.

The bathroom was a little small and the shower would flood it.

The lady running the place was so lovely and was always around if we need her. There was a great selection of drinks to buy at any time as well. It was only a minute walk away from Far Out beach club, and there was a bus stop not far where you could catch a bus into the main town - overall you could not as for a better location

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this property. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel incredibly welcome. The convenience of its location to both the beach and the bus stop was a big plus. We couldn't recommend this place more highly!

We had to wait until 5pm to check in, even though they said we could check in at 2pm and they’ll be ready shortly. But it’s understandable we went during high season.

The host was the nicest lady ever!! Bus station and beach are right next to the hotel.

Amazing location so close to the beach but also very quiet, even though there are night clubs not far away - they could not be heard at all. Bed was very comfortable and my room had a lovely balcony. The garden is lovely. The bathroom was quite small but worked fine. There was parking for my hire car.

Perfect place, I would not change anything!!

Located in a fantastic location, 2 minutes from famous Mylopotas Beach, this is the best place to stay at in the island of Ios. Quiet area, super clean rooms with great garden and mountain views, a with fast wi-fi connection and the worlds best and friendliest hosts (Evanthia and Iakovos), Eden rooms in the best value for your money. I am coming back next year and I will definitely stay here again!

Evanthia welcomed us warmly and we felt immediately at home. The garden is wonderful, the service perfect, the room was quiet and the beach is very close. We can recommend the breakfast with pomegranate fruit directly from the garden. We would book again!

Taking shower requires some creative thinking but it’s doable.

The owner is fantastic! She makes you feel welcome and is so relaxed and helpful that you want to stay there for longer. The rooms are very close to the beach, but at the same time they are hidden in a garden where you don’t hear any noise.

The Owner and her family were very kind and helpful for every special wish, I had. I felt like a private guest in their peaceful and very clean guesthouse. My staying was as if I vistited my friends home. Eden Ios is a place of silence and like an energy station for stressed tourists or clubbers on holiday in Ios. Located at the back from Farout Village Hotel it's a perfect hidden place of the crowded, party focused guests at the end of Mylopotas Beach. The rooms are, for nowadays expectations, may be rather small, but for the price per night absolutely fair and reasonable. I stayed 3 times longer in Eden as planed, and cancelled my intentions to visit other island in Kyclades. Will come back here for sure, I highly recommend to everyone who is seeking for peace and quiet in a Ressort as well as party life at the beach next door, to book with Evi's Edon Ios and it's team. Special thanks to Evi's mother, that takes care with surrender from morning to evening of all plants and flowers in this Paradise, as well to Veso for her daily passion to hold the rooms clean for the arriving and staying guests.

The rooms were small, beds were not comfy and the washroom was tiny.

The location was steps away from the beach and the owners were so so so sweet.

The rooms were a little cramped and really could do with mosquito nets for the bed, although they do provide mosquito plug ins and spray. It is good for the cost, as everything is quite overpriced in ios.

Evanthia and her husband were so very nice to me, they made the stay better. I didnt get much sleep due a minor mattress issue but they were more than happy to change my room straight away. They made a great breakfast and the garden at the property is delightful. Overall a good stay, good location 2mins to the beach and bus stop.
