Lefteri waited at the port for my arrival at 2:30 in early morning! and brought me to the house, explained the most important and wished a good night (rest of the night). And his wife had very nicely prepared a excellent cake!!! Marvelous!

From the moment the owner,Lefteris, picked us up at the Patmos wharf till 4 days later when he dropped us back there everything about the Villa Genadio was exceptional. The homemade chocolate cake and biscuits on arrival; the unique location of the house which has the best views in Patmos and one of the most stunning views we’ve seen anywhere in the world; the outstanding restaurants/ tavernas only a short walk and the fact that everything in the very comfortable villa works, made our visit to Villa Genadio a highlight of our trip to Greece.

We have had an incredibly wonderful time at this outstanding place, situated between the beautiful scenery of the old town Chora, the picturesque harbour of Skala and the windmills. Sitting on one of the several terraces you can see each of it. The house is wonderful, the host Lefteris is a very nice guy who not only took us from the boat and brought us there again but also supplied us with best recommendations for restaurants. Whenever we had a question we have got the answer within a minute via WhatsApp. His wife even surprised us with a cake when we got there. We can definitely recommend this beautiful place and will come back to this wonderful place on this wonderful island of Patmos!

Lefteris was very good host. He picked us up from the port, organized car rental, gave good advise and was willing to help any other way. The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. The terraces outside give good possibilities to enjoy the wonderful view down to Skala. Short distance to the big monastery and cave of John. Good restaurants nearby.

OMG! It was a great experience to stay there. Amazing view, amazing location, amazing garden etc... Beyond that all, I should talk about Lefteris the host! He's one of the best person I've ever met. He's so great, helpful, kind. Took us from ferry, find me a rental car, gives great suggestions... He's my brother from now on. I'll back to Patmos next year just for Lefteris and his great house. Thanks.

the location is amazing - with views over the bay of Skala. there are 3 terraces and although you are very close to Chora town it's very private and quiet. the house is simple and clean with a beautiful kitchen and windows throughout for the breeze. i loved it. Lefteris is a great host and was always available when we needed anything. they provided fruits and water on our arrival and his mother baked a cake! couldn't be better.

The view is just perfect, so much better than the photos. A huge terrace with panoramic view and many seating areas. The house is also very well decorated and equipped. Lefteris was the best host. He is such a gentleman. He arranged the rental car for us, picked us up from the port and made very good recommendations. The house welcomed us with a wine and a very delicious cake cooked by his wife! We will definitely come back and stay here.

Nothing bad. It was perfect.

The location, just below the monastery in the town of Chora. Close to two tavernas still (just about!) open out of season. Close to the bus to Skala. The house had a huge terrace with a beautiful view. Lovely comfy beds. Thoughtful breakfast bits in the kitchen. Lefteris was so kind and collected me from the boat at midnight.
