The trek up a very steep hill or 85 steps & a shorter step hill to get to its location. This is the pay off for the stunning views.

Hotel situated on a hill. Not easy to “climb” it, especially in a hot summer day.

The steep walk to the hotel on hot days. Breakfast could have offered less options but of a higher quality.

The pool was divine, the little bar area, the view, the staff were wonderful. Close to a good beach.

Breakfast got a little busy but staff worked hard to keep everything restocked.

Very friendly family run hotel. Really helpful. Shower room and changing facilities available for late check out. Views from hotel were spectacular.

Absolutely amazing hotel. We really enjoyed our short stay. The views from our room and general from the hotel were stunning. The pool was great and too clean. The staff was friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that would like to enjoy Skiathos.

The lack of full marks on value was due to Skiathos itself being quite expensive rather than the hotel in particular. The lunch menu was quite limited and it’s a steep hill into town. However that would have been a bonus, I would definitely go back.

Lovely views, great pool. The staff were all friendly and the owner / manager was always smiling and helpful. He did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were nice and clean and beds comfortable. All you need really.

The breakfast whilst offered a good selection was not always replenished in time and could have been a lot warmer. There is a self service fridge for beers and individual wine bottles plus a freezer offering ice creams, but no bar at night, although there are so many to choose from just a short walk into town, plus the hotel next door has a bar.

The hotel is very well run and very friendly staff, very clean, the rooms are very large as too are the balcony's, the views are magnificent, although a steep hill to climb to it, which I did without too much bother although awaiting a new knee so not a killer as it's quite short. The pool is very clean and of a good size considering the hotel is not large. All in all a great location and a lovely hotel.

Wifi poor in room, but better by pool. Breakfast could have been more varied, especially breads and pastries, and replenishment was sometimes slow.

Fabulous modern room and bathroom with absolutely amazing views from the balcony. Nice pool, everywhere was always nice and clean. Sotos was always very helpful and keen to please.

The breakfast (8€) was low cost, but not that great. We preferred to have breakfast in the town and pay more (e.g. 10 - 12 €)

View -superb. Pool -water too cold to swim (early in season and mixed weather). Cleaners -very good. Manager -very good.

Breakfast very limited, hot food buffet often cold but it is optional. Sunbed usage needs better monitoring, usual shennanigans re towels
