We only stayed for one night, but we liked the place. Friendly staff, good location on one of the main roads, especially if you are travelling a lot around. The apartment was big, clean and had everything you would need for a short stay. It is close to a camping and to the beach.

The bedrooms and bathroom, provided us with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable night's rest. While not overly spacious, they were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a good night's sleep. A standout feature of Stelios House is the secure parking lot, and the on-site restaurant was a convenient and pleasant addition. After a day of travel, it was a relief not to worry about finding a place to eat. The restaurant served up some delicious dishes, making it a convenient option for guests who prefer to dine within the property. You get a flawless internet connection available throughout the property. Although our stay was brief, we could sense that Stelios House has the potential to be a tranquil and budget-friendly base for exploring the beauty of Asprovalta and its surroundings. In conclusion, if you're looking for a peaceful and budget-friendly retreat with excellent internet connectivity, Stelios House is worth considering. Its serene ambiance and on-site facilities, including the pool and restaurant, add to the overall convenience and enjoyment of the stay.

The pool and restaurant! Few, if any houses around in Asprovalta, have a pool! The food at the restaurant is delicious and fresh! Large portions are served too!

Only thing I didn't like is the location - it's on the main road and for me was a bit noisy sometimes due to the traffic.

Very nice place, good value for money, the rooms are basic, but clean and have everything you need - air conditioning, small kitchenette etc. The beds are comfortable, we slept very well. The hosts are extremely kind and always supportive. Pool was perfect, also very clean. We didn't had breakfast included, but had dinner in the restaurant almost every evening - food is freshly cooked and delicious. In general we enjoyed our stay :)

Hosts are amazing. Helpful and positive! They gave us extra cot and small bath tub for the baby. Location is good if you travel with a car. Noise from the main street is insignificant.

On the 1st room it was a strange noise from the coffeteria area and we asked to change our room.

At first, we were offered a much smaller room with minimum conveniences. But after we had grouched a bit they offered us a much better option.

Location is excellent - 5 minutes to walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the grocery store! The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

There seems to be issues with the hot water. In the morning I've had to have a cold shower. There were no extra blankets and in the morning it was a bit cold.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Meals were excellent. Nice location and good private parking.

- "Kitchen" isn't really a kitchen-only fridge and small plate for cooking. There isn't a kitchen sink, so you have to wash dishes in the bathroom. We made coffee only, but washing cups in the bathroom isn't nice or practical. - We stayed at Stelios House for two weeks, and expected them to change bed sheets at least ONCE - but we had same sheets and pillowcases throughout our stay.

Safe parking in the backyard, also a barbecue you could use. WiFi connection was good, and AC was working good - we have been there during extremely hot days. The beach is close, a pleasant walk through the camp. Hosts are kind, but don't speak English well.

Soap dispenser in bathroom was broken and no cover over the drain. In one bedroom there was a broken curtain rail with curtain attached laying on the floor and a set of ladders which we moved onto the balcony ourselves. A bedroom door handle was broken, beds were hard with only one flat pillow and a net curtain like cover which was supposed to be used as a blanket! There was no kettle but if we did want a coffee was only 3 cups so not enough for our family of 4. Everything looks very tired and broken, needs TLC and wouldn't recommend or stay again.

Happy that there was private parking for the car and staff were there to meet with the key. Only a few minutes drive into the centre of Asprovalta which is beautiful! (No real option to walk) It was in a quiet location also so no traffic or other noise with a nice view of the mountain.

Our stay was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. There was a nice garden in front of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was excellently prepared and the staff was smiling and polite.

It‘s not a house but a hostel with a pub below. It‘s near the road so very noisy, outside of Asprovalta, not clean at all. I sit on the bed and the night stand drops from the wall. Sorry to the host but this was the worst place we have ever slept in.
