Located a bit far from the west of the island so you’ll need a car. Also notice that in April it’s still a bit cold in Crete so we couldn’t enjoy the pool for many days.

Staff is great! The property has everything you need. All very clean, amazing views!!!

Speicalhotel we was in pnoe hotel but it's in the same company of MK hotel. This a new hotel. The service was great. The room was clean. And all was perfect. Thank you We will come back

The coffee could have been better - but is coming from a third-wave coffee lovers and it's probably not the most representative opinion. There were exactly two hooks in the bathroom and room, so for two people, that leaves space for two small towels and the robes and bath towels had to go on the chairs and balcony to dry. We found it a bit impractical.

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, the drinks at the bar exceeded my (all-inclusive style) expectations, and the facial treatment was absolute magic!

The hotel was fantastic! Our room was massive and very well stocked. The manager, Fei, and her team, all went above and beyond to make our Honeymoon extra special. Food and the view of the sea from the room was great. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything. It was suck an amazing place to end our honeymoon. We stayed in the cicada suites and it was luxury at its finest. Right near the beach and amazing water temps and the hospitality was next level. The airline lost my wife’s luggage and right from when we arrived, they got onto the airports and airline lost and found and tracked our luggage and got it to us. Alexandra the senior ambassador was so accomodating to our needs and getting my wife’s luggage back for us was amazing. Will be definitely coming back on our next holiday.

While the a la carte restaurant offered dishes that were flavorful, we felt the variety was somewhat limited. The hotel's proximity to the airport resulted in occasional noise disturbances from incoming flights, although this was a minor inconvenience. We found the gym to be a bit compact, necessitating advance bookings for its use. The immediate vicinity of the hotel didn't offer much in terms of activities, but we were able to explore the island's diverse attractions on our own, making our stay quite adventurous.

From the moment we stepped foot inside, the hotel captivated us with its remarkable boho-modern elegance. The staff members were not only friendly, but they also went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Our interactions with Alexandra, who warmly welcomed us and regularly checked in, made us feel valued and special. It's an ideal sanctuary for anyone looking to unwind and detach from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

The standard of the buffet was alittle average. The hotel is located very close to the airport so planes were constantly flying over head. This didn’t affect our stay but good for people to know.

Absolutely fantastic value for money with everything including and drinks. Great and friendly staff. Lovely property and amenities.

Bed was a little too hard for our liking. Would had been helpful to know that there was a beach club beside the hotel as well as the A la carte restaurant, only found out two days before leaving.

the fight for the sunbeds at the pool area

In front of the beach. near to the airport - perfect for a spontaneous trip. excellent food. the breakfast buffet was amazing the bar stuff - especially tanos is doing an amazing job. best cocktails ever in all inclusive

Gym is very small. Fine for cardio but weight section is very limited.

The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. Buffet and sushi restaurant are fantastic. Personnel at the beach bar was super lovely. Overall relaxing and great experience.

The all inclusive menu for drinks and food was more than sufficient, however you only got two little bottles of water for the room daily which wasn’t really enough for daily use / kettle filling. The little shop on site had big bottles of water to purchase but I’d recommend bringing a personal water bottle and filling at the downstairs water fountains.

the overall aesthetics and decor was lovely, everything was very well appointed and felt luxury. The hotel met the desired effect of a highly rated all inclusive which made the price point worth paying. The staff were so accommodating and nothing was too much work. A special thanks to Olivia and Drita (Restaurant), Pezanaki Fei and Manos (Reception) and Albana (Cleaning) for looking after us so well!

Other than the air freshener, nothing

The setting is wonderful. It’s a sophisticated. new hotel. Great staff. I saw some negative reviews but I found the for a buffet the chef really does his best. The only negative thing was the overpowering air freshener at the entrance.

The mattress wasn't comfy.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming who were happy to help. Pezanaki Fei (Reservation & Front Office Manager) was really helpful beforehand and arranged a nice room for us, a birthday cake for my wife's birthday as well as a bottle of wine in the room and some flowers upon request. Nothing was a problem and their new app/WhatsApp facility was really beneficial.
