The beds were aged, squeaky, and the mattress was not too comfortable.

Location is super convenient. The terrace has an amazing view of the active volcanos. Breakfast is tasty.

The cats started fighting outside our window in the middle of the night and other guests were very loud very early in the morning. Perhaps our room was too close to reception. Maybe ask for a room further away.

It was clean, had a shower, and was a comfortable place for us to rest for the night. Interesting decor and room. Cool courtyard in the middle.

Emailed them twice before we arrived and got no replies. The Hotel has a rooftop bar but only serves beer if you can locate someone to serve you. Very rundown.

You cannot beat the location of this property just steps away from the central park.

No coffee in the morning. Had to go to McDonald's next door. But that McDonald's was surprisingly good and had guatemalan coffee and tortillas and plantains for breakfast 🤣

The location can't be better. The rooftop is the best view and a mexican restaurant with the most delicious tacos. There is a sign that says La Antigua where we could take great pictures with all 3 volcanos in the background

The shuttle service to the airport isn't included and costs more than an Uber/taxi so I wouldn't recommend taking that.

The location is perfect, just a few short steps from the main central plaza, but with no noise. If you live in a city or a busy neighborhood then this will seem peaceful and quiet. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of charm and character and the views from the rooftop are amazing. The staff were very friendly and the property can be accessed 24/7. There aren't many rooms and so the property is generally very quiet and pleasant.

The TV did not work, but we didn't ask them to fix it. People were setting off fireworks from the terrace which was upsetting, but we think the staff told them to stop at around 10:30. The ceiling fan was very loud so we had to turn it off and open the windows. The string to turn it off is too high so I had to climb on the bed to get it. Not the best user experience. But these are minor issues that can be easily fixed/dealt with.

Excellent hotel option! The service was great, the location is unbeatable, it has all the bells and whistles you'd need except for ac. I would stay there again.

It was a little tired. Cold water faucet was just gone, toilet felt like it was barely attached, needed fresh paint, definitely new towels.

Very unique building with a central courtyard and rooftop terrace. My room had tons of character-seemed like it was a stone crypt of some type, with high ceilings, fireplace tons of windows (open to courtyard and one to a bathroom area). Best of all there was a hotel cat named Maya that visited every night

The morning receptionist charged me an extra 15% because I was paying with card. That should be the cost of running a business. When I asked why he was charging me, he said it is company policy to charge their guests for the use of the card reader.

The food, the staff at the restaurant and the evening receptionist. They allowed me to check in a bit earlier.

Walls were a bit thin can heard other guests. It wasn't a deal breaker for me but it might to others. Bathroom had an odd layout. If you have a person that have mobility issues on your group the bathroom is going to be an issue. The hotel had chairs on the hallways to chill but no chairs inside the rooms. It might be nice to have somewhere to seat inside the room other than the bed.

Location it's really close to everything and there is a bunch of places to eat around. Bed were comfortable and room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The views from the roof top were amazing. The please is small but really charming. The WIFI was complementary and really fast.
