The attitudes of the personnel and they payment process for food at pool side.

Breakfast is great. Servers are not as friendly. Room is comfortable and clean. Pool is always clean but not always accessible.

However, the downside was the breakfast, I expected better options. I also ordered from the restaurants and the food wasn't up to par for the demanding prices.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautiful, and very convenient for travelling as it is located in the capital area. I also enjoyed that there was a mall across from the hotel making it convenient and within walkable distance.

Friendly staff, accessible area with very simple directions. Housekeeping is friendly and consistent. Room service and front desk is great with service and assisting you when you have questions and requests.

The front desk staff was excellent, the restaurant and cleaning staff seemed unhappy, which reflected on their work, when mistakes were made they are not held accountable, these employees felt no respect whatsoever.

Not pleasant to walk in lobby. Need revolving doors to keep cool. Staff is hit and miss ...mostly miss in terms of customer service The front desk is good but understaffed...needs another check-in person. The furniture was dusty. Also, the cleaner knocked, and apparently, she didn't hear me respond, so she opened the door before i got to it. Additionally, one pillow had someone else's scent. That prompted me to check beneath the comforter where I found 2 strands of hair.

The location was very convenient. I liked the road view but would've liked to have access to the balcony. Some of the staff were courteous, especially reception. The restaurant staff, however, need some more work in that department.

The taxi fair are a bit too high. Because they tell you one price at the front desk. And the taxi guy up his price on destination. I don't know if these guys are working with the hotel or independent. Independent or not. Don't up the price.

The pool area awas great. The staff was friendly . Overall it was a great place to stay.

Main complaint was that the pool (which is a really fine, large pool) was only open from 10.00 am to 18.00hrs, so effectively unusable for a business traveller out all day for work.

No face towels in bedroom. Better lighting in bedroom area Need small fridge in room Toilet doors near pool need lock repairs.

The hotel room was big and comfortable with tv,, Kettle ,balcony and a wonderful view of the Demerara river. It was always clean. Water pressure was good and towels, toilet paper etc were supplied as needed. The casino was fantastic!! Won some money and bought food in the delightful poolside resturant. The Free breakfast was wonderful- a different menu each day-- buffet style-- simply delicious. All the staff were kind , helpful and polite. There is a wonderful gift shop inside the hotel that u can get from clothes to simple medications and staple food items / snacks. The mall across the road from the hotel has all the major food outlets and a Massy grocery and much more. You can get taxis, maxis, etc right in front the hotel. I enjoyed my vacation. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. I will definitely return to Ramada Princess hotel. Ps- loved that they had a kettle in room so i could make a cup of tea whenever i wanted to. They also supplied tea bags and coffee sticks with coffee mate !! Simply lovely. Keep up the good work.
