“We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay. We arrived in what felt like a Sound of Music scene. Beautiful green surroundings, cute little buildings and animals all around. The staff was so incredibly friendly and trusting and so generous. The restaurant was excellent and we had a lovely home cooked meal. They even let us keep our car parked at the property so that we did not have to pay for parking at Plitvice Park. Did I mention that the pension is literally at a 3 minute walk from the park?? So great!
The only reason that I scored the property a 9 over a 10 was the fact that the room was noisy. You can hear every noise outside your door. Luckily this was no problem at all as everyone, like us, got to bed early, presumably to be fresh for lots of exploring in Plitvice.”
“The place was great, location to the Plitvice nationalpark was very convinient. Short walking distance to the entrance 1, probably about 700m and if you go through the Parks parkinglot you don't have to walk on any bigger dangerous roads. The staff was super friendly, helpful, so nice and fun. Their english is good and I believe they speak pretty good german too. The place has it's own restaurant that serves good food so you don't have to worry about food when you come back from the park. Best to come by car so you can explore the Barac caves, cavemuseum and/or the Deer Valley. But it is easy to come by bus, as there is a bus stop right in front of the Parks entrance 1. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to go to Plitvice nationalpark.”
“One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at. Every single member of staff made mine and my nieces stay perfect. The people are genuinely friendly, and look like they love their job.
