Brina and Miho are excellent hosts, who made our two week stay in Sudurad wonderful. The communication with them is as easy and friendly as it gets. The apartment has everything one might need for a holiday stay. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully functional and equipped and everything is brand new. On top of that, the apartment is literally few steps from the sea and the port of Sudurad, where you can find restaurants, the ferry connections and a market. We loved our stay in Sudurad and will definitely come back to this wonderful, peaceful place.

The seclusion and peacefulnes of the island is wonderful. Unfortunately, this special feature is clouded by the fact that hundreds of day tourists are dumped on the island from noon to evening. Also during our stay on two evenings there were very unpleasant party boats with tourists from the US, who got drunk to loud music until late at night. It is a pity that Croatia gave away the last corners of its coast to mass tourism. Perhaps there could be a discussion about this within the local administration...

We felt very comfortable at Kates Apartment and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The apartment was very stylish and had everything needed for a longer stay. The host, Brina is very friendly and takes great care of her guests. She was also reachable for our requests at all times and very helpful. The location of the apartment is great, close to the ferry-port, restaurants, small beaches and a mini market. We also liked the sustainability concept.

My stay at this hotel in Sudurad was an absolute blast. First of all, the location was great – just steps away from the sea. It was really convenient and made exploring the beautiful surroundings a breeze. The apartment itself was clean and so thoughtfully designed. They had all the little touches that made it feel like a cozy home. The owner (Brina) was really helpful – from the warm welcome to her genuine care throughout your stay, she goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. And, what else I liked about this place was knowing that the hotel followed sustainability practices. It's great to support a business that cares about the environment. So, I felt good about my choice, knowing that I was contributing to a thoughtful and responsible business. All in all, if you're seeking an unforgettable experience where genuine hospitality, a wonderful atmosphere, and sustainability come together in perfect harmony, this is the place to be. I can't recommend it enough.

We got a lovely warm welcome from the host who met our boat, and showed us the property. The private courtyard was perfect for relaxing moments. The apartment was very well thought out. And accurately described and photographed on the website.Comfortable and well equipped. The A/c kept on top of the 35deg heat. A short 2 minute walk to the shop and restaurants. 4 minutes to the nearest beach/swim area.

There was nothing, perfect place with hosts who are working hard to protect the environment.

This is a beautifully renovated property just steps from the waterfront in Sudurad. we had a wonderful stay here and the young hosts could not have been more friendly or helpful to us. The island of Sipan is so beautiful, if you love nature, swimming, a quiet relaxed time, then I cannot think of anywhere which meets all these criteria as well as Sipan does! Just remember if you want bread you have to order it at the shop the day before and it doesn’t arrive till 11 ish!

Lovely attention to detail with sustainable products to use which is rare. Brina and Milan are so welcoming and super helpful. We really didn't want to leave Sipan and eco apartments Kate has a very special place in our hearts.

Everything was fine

An awesome location with views of the busy little port, close to two different beaches and a superb apartment. What more could you want? Sudurad is a delightful place and we would have loved to have stayed longer. It has a relaxing vibe with happy locals. A pity that we couldn't speak Croatian!

The apartment is very clean and has some really nice touches regarding environmental protection (natural shampoo, soup, dish-washing detergent etc). The hosts are great. The terrace offers nice sea view. The beach is really close to the apartment. The ferry port is only a short walk away.
