They are cleaning the room everyday but it wasn't a cleaning they just tied up the room, beds but never changed the shields during one week. Neither shields nor towels;( The food was not nice we had to eat pasta all the week. You can eat chicken sometimes but meat they use its packed industrial one which is disgusting. We bought all inclusive but we ate outside sometimes just to eat nice food. If you don't expect too much, I recommend you to go.

It was close to the beach just 5 min walking distance.

First and foremost I must mention two members of the entertainment staff that plan boat trips were atrocious. The worst ones name was Salih. He first approached me as I ate lunch and pointed at some old scars i have on my body. After i pointed out he had made me uncomfortable he began laughing. Later on in the week he approached again with the same attitude, laughing when I told him he had bothered me. His co worker then told my partner that he sounded like a heavy long term smoker. My partner has never smoked but regardless this is an unacceptable thing to say. I can take a joke but these comments were not made in such a way. Other than these instances the rest of the staff at the hotel were amazing down to the receptionists. Only other complaint i would have is that the hotels are not necessarily cleaned, the beds are just made. No new towels or sheets.

The hotel room was really comfortable especially the bed. Its really convenient having the fridge and safebox in the room. Entertainment was pretty standard and good enough to watch over a few drinks. Bar selection was better than other places I've stayed. The staff at the onsight turkish baths specifically were so lovely and funny. Made up for some less favourable entertainment staff. Theres a wide food selection that varied daily so it was quite nice to try different things.

The food was not good and there was not much choice, cakes were very bad, also the food was almost the same every day. There was only two kinds of fruit. Slides were working only 2 hours a day. The pool worked until 6 afternoon, which is bad because most of the guests come because of the pool and the sea. Sunbeds were mostly broken and there wasnt enough. You need to fight for them basically. The beach was too small. WiFi is awful especially the "log in" and you have to login everytime you move to the pool or restaurant or back to your room.

Nature is beautiful, and it is full of flowers. The pool that sadly worked only 2 hours a day was good and it was fun. You can also ask their photographer to picture you for free which is also very good. The the other pool is also nice.animals are very friendly for animal lovers.

Booked back in July/Aug. Had a family problem which ment I was unable to fulfill my trip. I emailed 3 times asking if possible for a full refund or even partial.I know my booking was clear on the cancellation policy. But I felt I was reaching out early enough for them to refill the room and my reasons for cancelling. I got NO response whatsoever. 3 EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE. Bad customer service!

Everything was awful. Staff didnt care. Pool water was used to clean pavings and was leaking back into pool when they swept it. Food was awful. Bathroom and toilet had horrid smell and was generally dirty.

Nothing! It was awful. Hotel of horrors, massively misrepresented in the photos and was nothing like the advert. There was no water to shower with most the time and bathroom was atrocious. It stank badly and generally the hotel was filthy. The food was awful, no cold drinks. Coke was not acidic, really watered down. Food was tasteless and didnt look clean in restaurant. Tables were all dirty. Plates also dirty and cuttlery. Got food poisoning from food and didnt eat after that. It was the most horrific hotel I have ever stayed at and they refused to cancel even though there was no water in shower for two days so i had to shower at the beach.

We had a bad start with the towels. The hotel only delivers beach towels between 9-12 in the morning. You can't check in before 14:00, so you can't get your beach towels for your first day. One of the aircon got broken on the 3rd day of our stay. The hotel did not provide another room or fix the aircon permanently. We had a one of a hell night in a place with 34 degrees without aircon. They have some extra food buffets like burgers and chips day. However, they don't have enough staff to provide it. We waited more than 30 mins to get some chips but could not get any. They told us the time is up so we don't provide more. We tried to communicate the issue with management however the guy we talked to did not even look at our face. It was a very disrespectful conversation because of his attitude. The staff (except the cleaning lady and entertainment crew) in the hotel was really rude. We and the other guests had arguments with them many times. They don't even reply when we thank them for something. The last (actually we have more but keep the important topics only) one is the hotel does not have a private beach. The beach is 5-10 mins walk distance and they only redirect you to one of the free beach clubs they know. That club is owned by someone else.

The hotel has a good ambiance and 3 swimming pools. The structure and green areas give a good vibe when you walk around. Bitez is a quiet town comparing the other parts of Bodrum. It would be a good choice if you are looking for fewer people around. The entertainment staff is really friendly and they help you to go to night and beach clubs if you ask them.

it shows on the website as a 4 star hotel. but this hotel is not even 1 star hotel. room we have was so dirty and smells so bad. we told them to change the room for us due to water stuck on shower and smell so bad. ac leaking and all ur stuff getting wet. they said they don’t have a different room. i ask for refund and I go different hotel. they said no. because I paid €600 i have to stay for 4 days and don’t enjoy my stay

Manager left the hotel when we needed to discuss the problems we had, and he clearly said, "if you wish to leave just leave"" very unprofessional staff and dirty place and food was not good at all, not to mention that the water dispenser was full of dirt inside the gallon

That my room was leaking water and then didn’t change my room for hours. The wifi is absolutely shocking just about works. The staff are not very helpful when you approach them with a issue about your room. I was locked out of my own room and I was told my staff to wait 10 minutes which really confused me just open my room for me or give me a new key card. I wouldn’t stay here again!

The food looked amazing but the taste was bland. We expected more from it for our money. The WIFI was not stable at all, it was more out of internet than with internet and also the electricity went out a couple of times completely and came back after a couple of seconds.

The location and the staff were amazing, it was about 500 meters from the sea and our room was very clean and had a nice shared balcony.

Staff was very strict on me visiting my parents even if we are related, just becouse i didnt book there myself, and there was mostly or almost only russians and ukrainan people from different charter companies, so alot of russian type of music.. and some drunk people around.

I booked for my old folks, and they hated it at first due to noise and a very tiny room.. however they did get another better room so they liked it since then! Food was top notch. And best part was the beautiful gardens.

The hygiene was terrible. My room was very dirty. I complained about it at the manager and after a while they cleaned the room again. The room was less dirtier than before but still not clean enough. There were stains, glass under the bed, ants in the bathroom and hairs. The cleaning service did a terrible job. They don’t clean the room just replace the towels and things of the beds that’s all. Not worth 4 stars.
