The shower stall was small, I kept bumping into the tap that turns on the water.

The location was perfect, the room was terrific. Had a lot of nice touches like an ample closet, tea kettle, iron and a small fridge. Which was great.

Location was perfect and the apartment was lovely. It had everything I needed and it felt really cosy. Tv has Netflix, there’s a kettle, fridge, iron and hairdryer. There was loads of spare blankets and it was just overall a very good property.

The studio is right in the centre of the old town but not in the middle of the noisy areas. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the sofa was indeed useful for we were 3 people. It is the right price for the location and the room itself. Marija was helpful with everything we needed.

Perfect accommodation for a couple or a family with a child who could sleep on the couch. Right in the heart of Zadar Old Town, yet, on a quiet small street and very easy to reach the bus station to the airport. The bed and the pillows were great. Kitchen equipment and available towels - more than enough. Check in and out - easy and convinient.

The bathing cubicle is just enough for a 6 ft person to bathe. It's just on the verge of being cramped and could have been a little bigger.

The location is unbeatable for the price. The room is super clean and private bathroom is also very convenient. The check in instructions and overall communication were spot on. The beds are good too and there was ample storage space.

the bathroom was very small and it was difficult to take shower.

the location was perfect! the center of zadar but not really crowded. close to a store, a bus stop. the room had a fridge which was very helpful with the Croatian weather.

it was mentioned kitchen accessibility but there was no kitchen I suggest at least a microwave oven should be there There were no Soap or Shampoo I don’t know if I am wrong that I am expecting all the B&B offers that.

Good location with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Key collection was uncomplicated and flexible. If you need to use the shared kitchen during your stay, just note that it is quite small. Parking closest to the apartment is maximum 1hr.

The view from the house isn't the best as the little square in front of the house is a car park not well kept (reserved for residents). The closest car park is 15 minutes away. Room and furnitures are a bit old.

The position is great, right in the town center. Aircon works perfectly(necessary for high seasons temperatures and humidity)
