We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything about our stay was incredible from start to finish. The staff were absolutely amazing - they had the best recommendations, were always there to help whenever we needed and they treated us like family! Couldn’t’ recommend this hotel enough - will definitely be back. Also the chocolate pancakes were the best, Jan and all the other staff members know that we loved these :) the location is also perfect and just steps away from the bell tower, everything across the board was 10/10.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Not only giving us a history of the city, but recommendations and tips for our stay. The bespoke breakfast was a treat...particularly Jan's lemon curd pancakes! Location could not have been better...within the old palace walls. The rooms are large and elegant with exposed brickwork. Highly recommended!!

European elegance with modern facilities in a boutique hotel. Great location. Incredible breakfast and helpful hosts/managers. Location is perfect. The only problem we had was booking.com process but the hotel handled it graciously. Definitely one of the best of many that we stayed in during our trip to Croatia.

Jan and his wonderful colleagues could not have have been more helpful and kind. We arrived very early on the ferry from Italy drenched from a sudden downpour. We were given our room and breakfast straight away even though we were not expected until the afternoon. We even got an upgraded room. The breakfasts are so, so good. Thank you Sanja for all your great creations. Daniella on Reception was more than kind and helpful especially on the final day when we should have been hanging around waiting for our flight home. She directed us towards the lovely town of Trogir which is on the way to the airport and where her equally helpful brother minded our bags while we explored.

Great location for our last 2 days in Croatia after spending 1 minth on the islands of Brac + Hvar. The hotel is probably your best bet if you want to be in the center of Diocletian Palace. We had a room on upper floor facing the clock tower and the views were amazing. I was paying dbl of ground floor but worth every penny. The colleagues were great! On day of departure they even walked with us at 5:30am to get our cab. I'd stay here again definitely.
