Payment only in cash, it should be indicated before arrival. Poor room lighting. We only stayed one night, but if it was more, we would definitely miss a fridge and a kettle. But in description does not mention that they will be available, so we did not expect anything in particular.

The hostess was kind and responsive, the fact that she does not speak good English was not a surprise to me and I did not expect anything like that, as we know in Croatia the national language is not English :) I am also surprised by the negative reviews about the 4th floor. It's such a small thing, before reading the reviews I didn't even think that someone could complain about it. The room was quiet, internal air conditioner, shower, toilet. Very close to the center. The owner kindly pointed out the parking lot, we paid 7 euros for the whole night.

Bit in a dodgy part of town but we always felt safe.

Clean and convenient for food. It was an overnight stop at a budget hotel so expectations were met. Be aware that there is no elevator, so the slog up 5 floors (advertised as 4) can limit those with mobility issues.

The lighting in the room was a little bit dark and walls could use some freshing up, but overall the room was nice and pleasant to stay in.

it was nothing about accomodation,location or service, but first units are on 5th fllor in the builldig without elevator. second isolation was poor and bad and as unit is on main streat you can hear buses and cars all nifgr ( main bus station just 50 m from). also city hade some idea to bring some truck to wash and clean streats and that truck was circuiling from 01 untill 06,making noise like landing plane, if you have light sleap, avoid this accomodation.

No possibility to make yourself coffee or tea. It is not possible to use the bathroom after check-out. The service lady keeps telling you that something is not allowed, when asked or not asked. High floor with no elevator.

The apartment was on the fourth floor and no elevator. They don't accept credit card payments. The bathroom was very small. The towels we got in the room were small, like the size of hand towels. No proper-sized towels to shower. The property owner spoke very limited English and asked intrusive questions, for example, if my friend and I drink a lot of alcohol.

About 170 steps to climb. ( 4th,the last floor), holder for toilet paper was unbelievable dirty and rusty, dirty drinking glass in bathroom cabinet, old interior,and the big disappointment was that there was no option to cool your drink. No fridge in room, or any place in the facility with 28-29 C - degrees outside.

Doors were very old and wobbly. We could hear everything happening in the hall. Rooms are on the 4th floor without the elevator. Wasn't a problem for us but I imagine might be for someone with heavier bags.

Parking is a nightmare, so I wouldn't recommend this place to those traveling with a car. Parking for free is absolutely impossible in the area. There's an expensive parking about 300 meters from the guest house but frequently full.

The manager rushed us to leave even before the check-out time. The furniture was old and damaged, the overall look of the room seemed like frozen in time around 30 years ago, but not in a good way.

If you don’t mind the smell of smoke in the room it is fine. For me it was the worst, all the time smoke everywhere. The bed was big but one side wasn’t comfy.
